Our suite is light, clean and private. Your personal entrance through ground level french doors looks onto a private patio. Due to CA drought we no longer offer baths, just shower. We live upstairs with our small dog & foster kittens. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a 5 block walk to Sweet Springs Nature Preserve and a 10 minute drive to Montana de Oro. We welcome solo travelers as well as couples. NOTE: LISTING PRICE IS FOR ONE PERSON, $25 ADDITIONAL PER NIGHT FOR 2nd GUEST.

We have a charming backyard cottage available that is walking distance to Baywood, Sweet Springs Preserve, Elfin Forest, and restaurants nearby. The cottage has it's own entrance. The kitchenette is stocked with all the essentials to make a meal. There is a full sized bed in the bedroom and a queen size futon in the living room. The french doors of the bedroom open to a private patio that is shaded by an African conifer. Please note, the cottage is not suitable for kids under 10 years old.

Valerie is a very responsive, kind, and personable host! The barn and property are just as advertised. If you don't prefer a rustic stay, This isn't for you. But if you are OK with a few harmless spiders in the corner l corners and a getting from cats, dogs, chickens, and horses on the property, This is the place! Very comfortable and clean. Has excellent wifi with a smart TV. Very private and feels safe. Excellent experience overall:)

I have stayed in a million Airbnbs over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The house was impeccable, pristine and so beautiful. The view is incredible. Sitting on the patio at night and watching the sunset or sitting in the hot tub under the stars was the best part of everyday. However, as incredible as the house was, April and her team were the real stars. They were so responsive to all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. I have never had such a responsive and caring host. I will be dreaming of coming back here as soon as I can! Book it, you will be so glad you did!

MaryAnn and Phill, From a warm greeting and inviting food/beverages arranged for us to the lovely coastal environment, this appealing and compact unit was a perfect landing spot to launch our busy weekend. The decor is both coastal and very personal inviting time to linger. Extra sweatshirts, towels, water and snacks were thoughtful touches. We just got back from a wonderful week in beautiful Los Osos. We were in town to visit family that lives right down the street, they have a a couple dogs, that Kylee was happy to let us have visit the casita, and they loved all the room to run and play. The house is exactly as pictured, perfect for a couple, and would also work well with a couple of kiddos. We used the hot tub several nights, the sky was clear, stars out, and the weather was nice and cool for long soaks after walks through the beautiful, at the end of the block, Elfin Forest. The bed was perfect not too soft not too firm. The kitchen was stocked well, Kylee even had a basket of goodies and drinks on the counter, to welcome us, very sweet:) We come out to Los Osos sometimes twice a year, and we usually stay in Morro Bay @ the Harbor Suites, but from now on, if this home is available we will stay here every time! Thank you Kylee for sharing your little piece of paradise❤️

This place has a quiet kind of magic. Nestled deep in the canyon, it felt like we had stumbled onto a little secret. Peaceful, beautifully lived-in, and full of soul. Every corner of the cottage felt intentional and warm, like staying in the home of a friend with impeccable taste. We left feeling rested and recharged. It was the perfect impromptu city escape.
