Pool located 10 meters from our property The house sits in a quiet and secluded residential area that is child-friendly. Only home owners can get in with the car in the area. There's a gate on the outside. Kid-friendly. Short distance to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, etc.

This beautiful exclusive luxury villa (220m2) with a newly installed pool heater is located at the pretigius Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. Guests can enjoy the private heated swimming pool (supplementary charge for the heating) and a large terrace space. It is located on an elevated plot with scenic views over the Mediterranean sea. The house has a modern look and feel, and is very spacious and light. 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Large kitchen with a nice cooking island.

This 130 sq. m. villa offers a lot of privacy with a spacious outdoor area, private pool and rooftop terrace. From the rooftop you have an amazing view over the area, which is hilly, green and calm, dominated by pine and orange trees. San Miquel is the nearest village, known for it's caves and authentic feel. Las Cuevas is a fantastic restaurant located inside one of the caves. The Villa is located near some of the best golf courses in Costa Blanca, including the famous Las Colinas.

This is a brand new apartment and all furnitures are also new. The beds has tempur mattresses and are very comfortable. The apartment is at second floor and has very well equipped private solarium at the roof. This is very bright and beautiful apartment. Air conditioning in every room. Bath towels and beach towels to use at solarium included.

The house was just beautiful not just inside but the outside appearance and the area was picturesque. Highlight was going up to the roof top terrace and being able to see the ocean. Had a wonderful week. Another highlight for us was seeing beautiful local cats 🐈 Added warmth and charm to this beautiful area.

Good stay. However, it is missing a microwave and the only air conditioning that is in the living room requires sleeping all the doors open so as not to suffer from the heat in the bedrooms. Beautiful and pleasant pool, just a short walk from the apartment. Very uncrowded during our stay, we felt like it was just for us. The immediate surroundings have little interest except for golfers… immediate beaches without interest, prefer to go tollevieja

Recommended! We spent 4 days in the house, comfortable, there was everything, it allowed our dog to come, pool and private garden. It's a relaxed area if that's what you're looking for. He also let us leave two hours later and always answered very quickly.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Overall an incredible experience, we will definitely be returning at some stage. Only gripe was the mattress, it was very hard and uncomfortable however this may be our personal tastes here and I haven’t / wouldn’t affect the 5 stars on this villa. We hired a car too and it fit perfectly within the drive way. Love it! 10/10 and 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
