Shonas place was a 10/10!! I was very satisfied and her place is just as described. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. The private beach is just a 10 min walk. She has an umbrella and beach towels for use, which we appreciated very much! The house is very spacious with lots of storage space and very pretty! You can see the Cabo Arch from the upstairs balcony, that was very cool! It’s located about 10-15 from downtown. I would definitely recommend this house!

We had a wonderful stay at CASA Christine in San Jose del Cabo! This Airbnb was perfect for my husband and me with our two sons, striking an ideal balance between togetherness and personal space. The home’s layout is thoughtfully designed, allowing us to gather comfortably as a group while also providing separate areas for moments of privacy or quiet time. My husband and I come to SJC often, and we will book again! The pool was a highlight—well-maintained and a retreat after a day of exploring. Every function in the home worked flawlessly, from the kitchen appliances to the Wi-Fi, making our stay seamless and stress-free. The cute, vibrant gardens surrounding the property created a serene oasis. The location of CASA Christine is unbeatable. It’s within walking distance to a nearby grocery store, charming local shops, and even the vibrant downtown area of San Jose del Cabo. This made it incredibly convenient to pick up essentials! Highly recommend!

The place was beautiful just as the pictures show, with an amazing view of the ocean Charles and his wife were so nice we ran out of water but Charles and his wife came in less than 30mins to fix the issue. I enjoyed my stay here.

Very comfortable, clean space

We loved Gwen’s place. It was absolutely stunning. Exactly what we wanted for our large girls group. Beautiful views, beautiful beaches and very secluded area. If you are looking for a private safe area away from the crowds of Cabo then rancho Leonaro area is perfect. Fernando and his staff are awesome and took great care of our group in our girls trip. We hope to come back soon!

Had an amazing time at dael’s place… the place us super close to all the good restaurants and clubs and walmart whatever it is… super close to beach as well the house inside was super clean… just the bbq area was dusty as no one has used it in quite a while… the pool was good as well water temperature was good less clorine as well… but the pool is combined with the diving school so they might have classes there sometimes… wasnt a problem for us as it was a slow season.. i am not sure about the busy season… but dael was responsive there was someone to answer our questions all the time overall had a fun time.. thanks to dael and the rest of the staff.

It was a great base for exploring and we loved how walkable it was to the beach and then along the beautiful, clean beach for miles. Howard was very helpful and the place was just as described. It had everything our family of five needed, including enough separation of space and bedrooms.

Matthew was responsive and very helpful with suggestions ! His place had all kinds of extra amenities! We will be back

Bob and his local property manager, Juan, were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Bob emailed a welcome memo with lots of recommendations from restaurants to points of interest to getting comfortable in the condo. The condo was large, open, beautifully decorated, and stocked with not only the essentials but every kitchen gadget you could think of. The views from any of the 3 balconies were just awe-inspiring. I will certainly stay here again when I next visit Cabo San Lucas. Thanks Bob and Juan. Oh yeah, thanks for advising me of tropical storm Alvin, I didn't know about it until Juan texted me. It did little damage put dropped the temperature a few degrees for which I was grateful.

Very modern place and very clean. Close to downtown definitely a great place to stay. I highly recommend staying here the jacuzzi and the pool are amazing. A must to stay here on your next trip to Cabo.

Being an apartment complex, it is calm. The pool is fine, it just requires a little more attention since there are many plants and leaves and flowers fall into the water

Had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. Nice, quiet place. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bathroom amenities were well stocked and the rain showerheads had wonderful pressure. The bed was very comfortable with an option of pillow firmness and adjustability of the bed itself. The pool was warm enough to swim even when the sun went down. Jennifer was super helpful with all our questions and provided some great local tips. She even helped set up an in-home massage with an amazing masseuse. The drink cooler and beach chairs were also much appreciated. Security was great and getting in every night was smooth. The property and landscaping was beautiful and had some nice walking paths. We also enjoyed the resort access to Pueblo Bonito resorts. Would def stay again! The overall area is not walkable however we had a rental car so it was a non-issue.

Really great spot equipped with beach equipment! Very clean, had everything I needed, Marlene was extremely communicative, friendly and helpful! Uber does not drive to this location, so it’ll be important to have your own transportation or connect with a driver through Marlene (which ended up being a little bit more expensive than Uber but really reliable). Can easily walk to Costa Azul, but getting anywhere else requires a ride :)

I had the BEST stay here. It was peaceful & the place looked even more beautiful than the photos. There was a stunning view of the beach, it was very peaceful, I alternated between sleeping outside under the stars and sleeping inside with the AC. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful beach vacation. I walked to hotel Ganzo one day (a 5 min walk) and had the most fun at their beach club. Ubers were so cheap and I went to restaurants nearby and downtown for the art walk (highly recommend that too!). One of my favorite vacations & if I’m ever back in Cabo, I would stay here again! The casita was perfect for my wife and me. We surfed the area and dove at cabo Pulmo. We brought lots of food to cook, and when we were running low Gaby made us some delicious meals. There are friendly dogs there that helped us cope with missing our own at home. It was a sweet time on the east cape.

loved the house. My only problem was all the stairs but that's just because I'm elderly. The back patio and pool was my favorite place.The view was spectacular. The only other problem was the construction going on, but that was beyond your controll. Carlos was very helpful.we all had a great time .

De La Costa was just what the doctor ordered for a getaway on the East Cape. Quiet. Clean. Beautiful. Off grid (but with excellent wifi & hot water). No bugs. Perfect place to recharge for my husband and myself. Weekend music and cocktails were a treat at the restaurant and bar. Bed was comfy. Staff were very attentive. Wow amazing find. You can watch the surf from the bed, balcony of couch. Quality internet free Netflix. Clean 1st world bubble in the desert. Would pass the wife/girlfriend requirements. Great hospitality and flexibility as I was last minute and could only arrive late in the evening. Thanks Issac I highly recommend your place and will be back.
