I had a great stay here. The location is perfect, less than a 10-minute walk to Dilijan town centre, which made it easy to explore the cafes, shops, and nearby trails. The place was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and helpful when I had questions. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Dilijan.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. This place is incredible value for money! This place is probably bigger than my apartment at home, in off season only €22/night. Armen, the host, welcome me with fresh juice, coffee and Armenian pastry. He was incredibly friendly, treating his guests like friends! If I come back to Vanadzor again I will stay here!

I loved this house very much. I rented it and had the whole thing to myself which has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, and a kitchen. If the bathroom smells a bit at first then you just need to flush a few times and it seems to clear. It was fresh after that. There’s also a window which can be opened. The bed was comfortable and it was close enough to walk to the supermarket and it’s a pleasant walk without stray dogs lingering so you feel safe. Yaandx is also available and inexpensive. The location is the best as it faces the mountains. I spent the whole time just relaxing on the porch outside looking at the mountains. I will miss this house. The neighbors checked me in and I particularly like the older lady. Neither of the people spoke English but she was friendly and I felt welcome and safe having her next door because I know she would try to help me with anything despite the language barrier. It was peaceful and quiet and exactly what I wanted to experience.

The view was absolutely breathtaking , waking up to those stunning mountains and peaceful surroundings of Tumanyan. It's the perfect spot to relax and connect with nature. Norayr was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. He ensured everything was right and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean, and charming place with amazing views and a wonderful host, this is the one. I’d give it more than five stars if I could!

Very warm landlord, we all like her, we have prepared a delicious dinner for us, beef balls are so delicious. Give us a lot of advice, the location is very good, highly recommended.

The place was very clean, delightful and Artur was really helpful. He even picked us up from the entrance of Vanadzor and helped take all the luggage upstairs.

This is a small and nice studio apartment. Very clean and quite. Has a beautiful view from the balcony. Though it is a street view, the gigantic trees make in front of the building make you feel like you're in the forest 🌲❤️ Armine was very kind and responsive 🌻

A very pleasant apartment with cool ambient lights and everything you'll ever need. what we got was an absolute "wow" for the price. I'd even live there. The host was always in contact and very considerate.

The apartment is on the ground floor, with its own entrance and the ability to park your car comfortably. Nice wifi. Nice hot shower. Plenty of towels, linens and dishes. When it's hot outside, the apartment remains pleasantly cool. In general, everything was fine. Here we managed to take a break and reconnect after a long journey and before the next big car trip. Thank you very much ❤️ [There was no laundry detergent; and shampoo, body wash, hand soap, etc. were not updated when we arrived. But it seems like it shouldn't have been. It just didn't match my expectation, so I note.]
