Holiday rentals with a patio in Lori Province

Very nice place. The staff was very supportive and helpful.

We had an amazing stay in Dilijan at Misak's apartment, the place was clean and comfy. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. It is a new building with a nice playground for kids. I would highly recommend this apartment for everyone who wants to spend a view days in Dilijan with his family.

Nice place in the woods

Good apartment on the first floor of the house (with a separate entrance), very close to the city center, a lot of local restaurants in a walking distance. Well furnished kitchen, the entire apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Host was very kind and responsive.

I think this platform was made for finding places that will truly feel like home. You can tell lots of love went into making Davit's place, and those are the best places to stay - the ones made for living, not for selling. Beautiful, warm, clean, convenient, and the right amount of nostalgic. Kurtan, though not very interesting on its own, is a great place to stay if you want to explore Lori or just escape the city noise for a few days. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet vacation.

The house was very large and comfortable and clean. The view was great from the balcony. There were the necessary appliances. Besides homeowners were very responsible, punctual and flexible. I highly recommend them.

Overall, the rental went very well. The terrace is great! We spent a lot of time on this terrace, we did barbecue, listened to the music etc. In short, it was fine!(there are all to make barbecue, a grill, steel skewer, there is even a hair dryer to blow on the embers ) The house is a little smaller than we imagined from the photos, especially the kitchen/hand room area. But in the end we don't spend a lot of time there. We mostly spent time in the courtyard with the covered terrace and in the room, which is very spacious. The house is close to the center, the central park can be reached in 10-15 min. In short, feel free to choose this place, especially if you want to barbecue in the outdoor courtyard and eat on the terrace with others. If you want to have an apartment experience with all the comforts of an apartment - this rental is not the most suitable for you! Best regards,

This place was even better than I expected! The house was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were super cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive — they made check-in easy and even left some thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this house in Dilijan. The location is perfect—nestled in the serene, forested hills, yet close enough to the town center for convenience. The house was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with traditional Armenian touches that made it feel both authentic and comfortable.

Perfect spot for group events. The interior and comfort of the house is superior. You can enjoy evening walks in a beautiful forest just in a 10 min walking distance from the house. There is also restaurant available in the basement. We took breakfast and drinks from the restaurant, but preferred Slabodka for dinner which is on 20 min walk from the house serving local food in a very hommy atmosphere. Finally the staff is very know and and helpful. Highly recommended option of you are looking for a modern comfy spot in the middle of Lori.
