The private house is located in the CENTER of Vanadzor The house has 2 bedrooms, one has two single beds(great for children or friends), the other has one double bed(suitable for couples). Great option. The entrance to the house is straight from the garage. Check-in from Kalinin Street - on the map it is marked from Getapia Street, but there is only on foot. Convenient location: a couple of minutes walk to the park, in close proximity to shops and a couple of cafes, 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Dilijan. You can hear the river a little through the windows, for me it's a bonus. The house is large, it is clean, the kitchen has everything. The furniture is not the newest, but everything is clean, everything you need to eat. Very polite, helpful and helpful host. Overall a great experience.

We chose this place because we travelled as a family of 7, and it is not easy to find an accommodation that fits such a group. This house was spacious, had sufficient beds and 2 toilets (although only one shower), large living room and a well-equipped kitchen. Edward and his family members communicated with us timely and clearly and met us when we arrived. The location is outside the main street, but it is just a staircase away from a large square where the Dilijan municipality is located. There is a small grocery shop next door and two large supermarkets just 5 min walk. Although the house features a parking in the courtyard, we were not able to park there, since our 7-seater car was too heavy and we had to park at the street nearby (which was easy though).

Juletta’s place was absolutely perfect! Even though we only spent a night there, it felt like home. Juletta was the sweetest lady ever, very welcoming same accommodating. The house was squeaky clean and cozy. She even left us some home grown herbal tea and dried fruit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this but little Airbnb.

The house looked better than the pictures, the outdoor area is breathtaking and we've spent most of our time there. The house is big and had a lot of beds for larger groups of people (if necessary) Everything was clean and in order, had all the necessary supplies.
