Holiday rentals with a patio in Loredo

I recommend this apartment, where my family and I stayed for 4 days. The cleanliness and order were exceptional, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, which allowed us to enjoy our stay without worries. The location was ideal and the owner's treatment was kind and attentive. We would definitely repeat the experience without any hesitation.

WONDERFUL. Marta's apartment is super cozy and family friendly, true to photographs, super well equipped kitchen with everything you need, the bathroom is very comfortable and with a hydromassage column that is appreciated after all the day of tourism, the terrace is indescribable super spacious and with wonderful views of the sea and the estuary, the sunsets without words. It is a very quiet place, ideal for disconnecting and getting out of the ordinary. A car is a MUST as there are no amenities nearby. As a negative point, access to the apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility, there is no elevator and there are stairs. If you leave the car on the street, more stairs are added. The parking space is ample but a fairly “justito” elevator is necessary to access according to the car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARTA 'S ACCOMMODATION, we felt right at home and the attention of the host and co-hosts of 10, always attentive and at your disposal:)

The apartment is very comfortable, bright and comfortable. It's well equipped. The area is very quiet and the terrace is huge and pleasant because it overlooks a green area. Many services around, buses to the city center and close access to the city exits. On weekdays, there are a few hours in the afternoon when there is noise from a dance school downstairs, but the rest of the time is very quiet. Our dog has been sunbathing on the terrace most of the time. We have been very comfortable in La Terrazuca. If we can, we will return.

The house is beautiful, everything is very new and tastefully decorated. Large bed and windows. The terrace has fantastic views. The hosts were kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times. We went with our dogs and they didn't charge us any extra, which is appreciated.

This was a great base for our Europa Final adventure. A short walk to the beach, and a 10 euro taxi ride into the centre of Santander. A quiet neighbourhood meant we could get away from the crowds in the centre of town. There are many restaurants along the magnificent beach, and we even won at the Casino! A great stay and great hosts. Thank you. (it's just a shame about the football result!).

Our stay was excellent. The property is very well maintained and located in an unbeatable location. From the first moment we received warm and professional attention: Concepción gave us a wonderful welcome and guidance. Definitely a 5-star experience. Totally recommended!

The house is wonderful. Located in a very quiet area where you can rest. With nearby supermarkets, beach and mountain just a stone's throw away. A playground just few meters from the house... The house itself with its lawn area and its terrace where to spend good ratos de chat. Clean and spacious rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds... even have some other toy for the little ones. The fully flexible check-in time and Ainhoa always pending and with excellent communication. We stayed for a weekend but I would definitely come back here without a doubt. The other couple who accompanied us think the same. We truly felt right at home. Finding places like this is a real taste. Thank you for everything, Ainhoa! We'll be back!

We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the hostess has had, all very careful. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with a great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something that we value very much. The house is very comfortable, bright, quiet and is located in an ideal area to get to know the area. We definitely recommend the stay and we won't hesitate to return if the opportunity arises. The house was much better than we imagined. The service was perfect and everything was very clean and prepared. The only thing that I think could be improved is the check-out time: normally it is at 12 and so there is more time to clean up, but in this case it was at 11.

Ana's house is as beautiful as it looks in the photos. We spent three nights to visit Cantabria, and it was very good for us to travel from one place to another. Ana always answered messages very quickly and tried to solve all the problems we had. There was a problem with the washing machine and she immediately offered to wash our clothes and return them to us dry.

We spent a few days at Carlos' house. Everything was great from the first minute. The house is just like the photos, even if it is more beautiful. Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

A place with incredible peace and very well located. If you're looking to spend a few quiet days, it's an ideal place. It is in the middle of nature, with the beach very close and very well connected to be able to visit picturesque villages and eat in good restaurants. We repeat for sure!

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

Come with 5 friends looking to enjoy cantabria and spend a relaxing weekend. The stay met the expectations, especially highlighting the garden and the barbecue. The accommodation is close to other villages of tourist interest and is located near the beach. The host was very pleasant at all times and catered to our needs

We stayed two nights in the studio and everything was perfect. It is very cozy and quiet place, you can breathe peace. The mattress is very comfortable and sleeps very well. As for the environment, it is very close to beautiful places to visit, such as Costa Brobrada, Santillana del Mar, Santander, San Vicente de la Boquera, comillas, etc. Mintxu is very attentive and friendly!!
