Holiday rentals with beach access in Loredo

The apartment is perfect. The best view from the living room. The kitchen and bathrooms are perfect. Close to the beach and restaurant zone. Elena was helpful with the queries we made and they were all facilities. 100% recommended

The house has an excellent location. Quiet area, very easy to park and walking you get to the beach of the sardinero super fast and if you want to go to the center and not walk too much, you have a bus nearby too.

Our stay in the Pedreña apartment was exceptional. The views over the bay of Santander, with the city in front, the dunes of Puntal and the estuary of the Miera river, are impressive, even with fog. The location is unbeatable: a stone's throw from the pier where the boat leaves every half hour for Santander, which allowed us to get around without using the car (and park easily next to the apartment). In addition, Carlos is a perfect host: he responds quickly to any questions and offers recommendations for the area. We'll definitely be back soon.

Just back from Fernando's place. We had a really great stay. The apartment is in a great location, and the view of the bay of Santander is stunning. Amparo and María welcomed me and my partner as true members of their family. We enjoyed perfect privacy, and at the same time were always attentive to any need. The house has all the essential amenities; however, the most noteworthy are its stunning views, the spacious terrace and an unbeatable location. Also, the accesses and parking are very easy to find. The access to the beach is unbeatable and, given the circumstances, we have the proximity of restaurants, two beaches, the lighthouse and cliffs that allow you to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We had thought about taking the car, but I didn't even need it, as everything turned out to be perfectly accessible on foot. If you are looking for tranquility, the comfort of the beach, spectacular views and a really nice stay, this is definitely the best place to enjoy an unforgettable getaway.

The rental is true to the description, very nice spot. We had a very pleasant stay despite the mixed weather. The apartment's views of the ocean and the surfers' slides were a delightful daily spectacle. We were treated to 2 magnificent sunsets. The area around the property is very tranquil and quiet. Easy to find and only a short walk from several restaurants plus it is easy to catch the ferry across to Santander. We were a party of eight adults and the property had plenty of room for all of us plus in benefits from four bathrooms too. The living room was also very spacious and had a large dining table with ample room for us all to sit comfortably to eat. The garden was an added bonus and we made full use of this area.

Carlos was a joyful and attentive host. A nice clean house, everything as seen in the photos and described in the listing. We, 3 friends over 70 years old, were in Somo for a week for hiking and had a great time here. There is a bus line that stops in Somo several times a day and runs in both directions. Thanks, Carlos.

The house was much better than we imagined. The service was perfect and everything was very clean and prepared. The only thing that I think could be improved is the check-out time: normally it is at 12 and so there is more time to clean up, but in this case it was at 11.

The stay was terrific. Met more than 100% of expectations. What we have experienced as very pleasant is the personal contact with Mari, our hostess. The contact with her was friendly, helpful and hospitable. When we left, Mari came to say goodbye to us in person. The space was clean, spacious and equipped with all comforts. In the bedroom, a bed of 2.00 m wide. Public transport is very close and takes you to the center of Santander. Something we also like. You will then need to find a parking space in the center. We therefore highly recommend it for people who want to visit the area and Santander.

This was the best stay on an Airbnb since I started using the app. The house is beautiful, very clean, the heating worked great, the site spectacular (beautiful landscapes). Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.
