Townhome holiday rentals in Long Island Sound

Ben was friendly and accommodating from the first interaction. His home was exactly as described, stocked with all of the kitchen items we needed and very clean. We were within walking distance to the beach and all of the restaurants we enjoy. We will definitely be back!

This place is better than the pictures. It’s clean and has everything you would need. We felt right at home and Gabe was incredibly responsive when I had a question. I even needed a meat thermometer and he brought one right over. He lives in the house attached to the unit. My daughter and I were there for a HITS horse show and it was a perfect location. I recommend showing up during the day because the roads are a little curvy and the place is set back in the woods.

I went with a group of girls and it was perfect for what we needed! It was so cute and spacious. It was too cold for us to utilize the roof top deck area but on a warm sunny day it would be perfect! There was plenty of room for all of us to get ready. All the bedrooms were big as well. The location was walkable to everything! Parking was great as well and easy. The host responded to all my questions very quickly. This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. I would definitely recommend!!!

The location was great. The place was very large and comfortable. Each bedroom had a huge bed, and its own bathroom. The mattresses were so comfortable, and the showers were amazing. The space was set up well for visiting, with lots of lovely outdoor spaces, and indoors the ability to hook up to a speaker with bluetooth. Full amenities in the kitchen were great for an extended visit. It was well decorated, clean, and very welcoming. Such a great place - one of the best airbnbs I've stayed at. A little expensive, but well worth it!

We had a wonderful weekend at Katie’s cottage! It was the perfect amount of space for 8 girls and to say the house was beautiful is an understatement! I would highly recommend staying here!

Richard is a fantastic host. We loved his house it was beautiful and exquisitely designed. The house is homely and tastefully decorated. It had a well equipped kitchen for my kids allergies. The heating was excellent as we had a very cold spell. My kids even enjoyed the piano that was there. The house is located close to subway. It feels very residential. Unfortunately due to unexpected events we only stayed 3/7 days but it was still a beautiful house to stay in. I would highly recommend Richard. He was helpful and responsive all the time.

Elizabeth was a fabulous host! She was responsive to messages and was right there at check-in to greet me and give me the keys. The apartment had plenty of space - 1 queen and 1 twin, and was spotless! I was a 10 min walk to the family I came into town to see, which was perfect for me. She has a cute covered patio in the front of the house, which was an added bonus! I will definitely stay at Elizabeth’s place again when I come back to visit family.

I can’t say enough about Diana and her place. It was absolutely perfect for my 4 kids, husband and I. Diana was very responsive to all of my questions. Walkable to the beach and a playground. I felt right at home.

This townhouse is generously designed and welcoming, and Mariana ranks among the top hosts I’ve encountered on Airbnb - she is attentive, considerate, and accomodating. The beds and pillows are cozy, and the linens and towels are impeccably clean. The cookware provided is of high quality. Overall, it can be considered perfection.

Great location. Very comfortable and homely house - perfect for a family. Well stocked with all mod cons and a nice retreat to hang out in - no shortage of reading material and TV/movie options. Local shops and restaurants are vg quality and convenient. The Nighthawk Cinema is a gem. Jeremiah’s house allowed for a peaceful stay with easy access to all the attractions of Manhattan and Brooklyn

We only stayed one night however Donna was great and the place was beautiful!

This is my second time staying here and once again a 10/10. The home was clean and free of clutter. Andre is a great host and is very professional. The location is close to NYC and Newark Airport.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It is located in a child-friendly neighborhood with classic brownstone houses, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. You could even see kids’ bikes parked outside without locks — a great sign of the area’s vibe. The apartment is within walking distance of several cozy cafés, restaurants, and charming little shops. The subway is also easily accessible — just a 15-minute walk — and from there it's a quick ride into Manhattan. Inside, the apartment is warmly decorated and feels like a true home away from home. The bedrooms are at the back facing the garden, which makes them incredibly quiet. Waking up to birdsong in New York is something quite special! We also really appreciated having two bathrooms — very convenient — and the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Antonella was friendly, responsive, and proactive, which made the whole experience even better. Next time we’re in New York, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Nine of us enjoyed a fantastic stay. With the two separate floors, our younger generation had the space & privacy to come & go without any disturbances to us older folks on the first floor. The beds allowed for refreshing sleep & everyone had the privacy they needed. The community spaces are perfectly set up & centrally located. Travel to and from Newark airport was very convenient &, for us, the location was an equal distance to the parties we attended over the weekend. Without hesitation, I recommend this home. It exceeded our expectations & allowed for multiple generations to stay together & connect easily while also maintaining space. The hosts are also fantastic!! They were always available & responded quickly. Very kind, helpful & understanding when I had requests. Lastly, the home is a great value and worth every penny!!

Really fantastic property. The house is beautiful and very well kept. The owner’s honored the integrity of the farmhouse while the modern updated amenities make it a perfectly livable space. You’ll find privacy and peace in the back yard. The location is unbeatable. A must stay for Woodstock. Highly recommend.

Shonna was a great host and the the house was just as we expected and ideal for a small group looking to enjoy the beach and the local bars.

If you are looking for a place to stay in the Newport area do not hesitate to book Frances’s home!!! Out of all of the airbnbs I have stayed in over the years this has hands down been my favorite of them all. The location alone is perfect with everything being within a 5-10 minute car ride. The area is super cute and very walkable if you don’t want to drive. You can walk to a local coffee shop in 3 minutes and we even walked to the downtown Newport area with no problem. The house and yard is also very dog friendly and private as it is fenced in :) Frances was the most generous host as well leaving us a gift card to enjoy our anniversary dinner, 2 cakes in the fridge, a giant dog treat for our dog, a bunch of snacks and a card with a free coffee token for the local coffee shop. Wish we could give her more than 5 stars!! Her home was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed and more! Will definitely be coming back to stay at Frances’ home in the future.

Very quaint and quiet spot to stay in Newport. Tucked away on a peaceful street, 10-15 min walk to Breakers and Cliff walk, super close to town. Lovely space, nicely furnished with all the amenities and Francie was wonderful. She was super communicative and helpful.

This was a great place to stay with a family. Everything we needed at the Airbnb, close to restaurants and convenience stores. Best part was how close it is to the subway. You can be in manhattan in no time.
