Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Long Island Sound

Very quiet and peaceful.

The house was great for my family of five. We stayed there for my daughter's graduation at Stony Brook University, which was about 25 minutes away. All the grocery stores and restaurants were nearby, so there was no need to drive far. The beach is just a short walk from the house, and the kids enjoyed collecting beautiful rocks there. The house had everything we needed, so we did not have to contact John for anything. John was very responsive when I messaged him about my flight delay and even offered to extend our stay by several hours after our checkout time. Overall, we enjoyed this place and had a great time in Long Island.

We had a great stay! Incredible one-of-a-kind view over the marsh. We saw so many different beautiful sea birds and an incredible sunset. Very short walk from the beach. Great place to stay with young kids. Well stocked kitchen with supplies and basic seasonings. Would return! Very cozy great family getaway! There are extensive requirements for clean up upon check out.

We liked how easy it was to punch the code in to get into the home. Once in the home, it was really nice to see the welcome placard. We enjoyed access to robes, skincare, slippers, towels, etc. The game room was loads of fun. The indoor and outdoor ping pong tables were fun. We enjoyed billiards, arcade games and table games. The icing on the cake were the hot tub, the four mode shower and bidet. The Smart Home technology took a little getting used to, but it was very convenient once we did. We love the quick response time whenever we had a question or concern. This place allowed for a rejuvenating relaxing atmosphere and we are so glad that we chose “The Good Vibes” home for our debut AirBNB experience. Thanks again for hosting us in your charming abode!

Edina and Glen's house was beautiful, spacious, and pristine. It was the perfect setting for a "girls weekend". The grounds were stunning, and made for a great setting. Very close to town, shopping, and wonderful restaurants. We really appreciated that our hosts were very proactive in reaching out and making all instructions clear. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

I really enjoyed myself on this brief stay and would gladly stay again the next time I’m on Long Island. Everything was positive, from my communication with Edward, to their flexibility when I overslept, to the comfort of the bed. Highly recommended if you’re on Long Island and don’t feel like staying at a hotel.

What a beautiful place to stay in the Hudson Valley. The view from the property is just breathtaking. Dan’s place is very clean, open and beautifully furnished. We can’t wait to come back!

We booked this place to be close the the festival downtown and it was. 1.3 miles or 25 minutes walk. Perfect for us. The Airbnb was clean and spacious. Shower is a little small but ok. King bed is very comfortable. Yummy welcome treats on the table was a nice touch. Keurig pods and maker available for your pleasure. Well lit and very secure. Felt safe at all times. Great place to book if you need to stay in this area.

The place was really nice and the host was great! Don’t get discouraged if the power goes out during your stay cause apparently that’ll happen 2-4 times a year according to the host. Other than that I highly recommend

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.
