Amazing place to stay in Ulcinj! The apartment was extremely clean and the host was very friendly, welcoming, and kind. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay with family or friends in Ulcinj.

Nikolas Airbnb bietet vom Balkon aus einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer (Mali plaza). Wir konnten ihn jederzeit gut erreichen und er hat uns sehr herzlich mit vielen Infos zur Stadt begrüßt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles notwendige für den Aufenthalt. Es gibt eine kleine Treppe die den Zugang zum Strand verkürzt.

Mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt w tym apartamencie! Lokalizacja jest idealna – blisko centrum, plaży oraz wielu atrakcji, dzięki czemu mieliśmy wszystko pod ręką. Apartament był czysty, dobrze wyposażony i bardzo przytulny. Właściciele są niezwykle mili i pomocni, zawsze gotowi udzielić cennych wskazówek dotyczących okolicy. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce i chętnie wrócimy!

Wunderschönes Zuhause mitten in Shkodra Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet – man spürt richtig, dass hier Herzblut drin steckt. Es ist keine sterile Ferienwohnung, sondern fühlt sich an wie ein echtes Zuhause in Albanien. Ela war super herzlich – ich habe sie zufällig direkt beim Ankommen getroffen. Die Kommunikation lief durchgehend reibungslos, und sie war sogar bei kleinen Alltagssachen hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch: Direkt neben der Tür gibt es einen großen, günstigen Parkplatz, auf dem ich mein Auto sicher abstellen konnte. Als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich zu jeder Zeit absolut sicher gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal – man ist mitten im Zentrum, hat alles in Laufnähe und gleichzeitig ist es ruhig. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder buchen ◡̈

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Alles war super! :)

отличное жилье, пляж в 1.5км (мы туда ездили на машине), дом близко к дороге, но дорогу не слышно, слышно католический костёл. сразу на выезде на дорогу сворот на пляж капокабана + ещё два. С учётом того, что жили месяц, то не хватало микроволновки, маленький холодильник (прям совсем мелумй), посудомойки и стиральная. если это все добавить, то было бы идеально. Этажом ниже жила мама Владимира, добрая женщина. к ней относили стирать вещи (без дополнительной платы). рядом с домом можно поставить авто, оно в самое жаркое время в тени и в машине было не жарко. стоит учесть, что в цену не включена регистрация в полиции, это примерно евро в сутки на взрослого человека, вам принесут квитанцию и саму регистрацию. но об этом предупредили ещё до букинга.

Antonela’s place is very modern, beautifully decorated and full of light space. It is in an older mid century town centre in the building with authentic retro feel. It is close to cafes , restaurants, entertainment and nice beach. Antonela is easy to communicate to, very responsive and always ready to help. I had very pleasant stay and was sad to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s. He was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host, who responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. And he graciously picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. The layout is spacious, with a great shower, and well-equipped kitchen for cooking. About a twenty minute walk to the fresh market and a bit less to the grocery store and promenade, but it was convenient being so close to a train stop that made day trips to other places easy. Sutamore beach was only a ten minute train ride away. And it was nice having fresh mandarins and pomegranates just outside our door. Good option if you have a car, too.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an outstanding stay at this Airbnb in Ulcinj! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always attending to our needs and making sure our experience was pleasant. But what truly sets this place apart is the unparalleled view of the city. Waking up to such a breathtaking panorama every morning was a treat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great stay! Ranko was very quick to respond to messages, and in person we communicated with his father, a very kind and polite man. Huge thanks for allowing us early check-in and late check-out, - it was super convenient for us :) The apartment looks just like in the photos: floor-to-ceiling windows and a sea view. As stated in the listing, there’s no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a shared one in the building. We didn’t use it, but it’s great that it’s available. The house is located on a hill, so you’ll have to walk uphill a bit but the view from the apartment is totally worth it. The nearest grocery store is about a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is 10–15 minutes on foot as well. Thank you again for the hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

Teo was very helpful in arranging transportation to Theth and back. The place was large and very comfortable.

There are many markets nearby. There is a fast food shop. There is a coastal path for nice walks. The sea is only 3-4 minutes away. A very successful business. They should definitely get the value they deserve. There is everything you need. Air conditioning, kitchen equipment, a clean shower. A nice terrace. Have a nice holiday everyone

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Florinda. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Wir sind mit Kindern gereist und dafür war die Wohnung perfekt. Es gab einen hochstuhl und Spielzeug. Auch andere tolle Details waren vorhanden. Wie zB. Waschpulver. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Außerdem war Florinda sehr nett und hilfreich, als es zB. Um die Parkplatzsuche ging.

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der gesamten Unterkunft. Der Pool ist super und bis 23 uhr kann man ihn benutzen. unsere kinder haben dort viel gespielt. Wir haben auch sehr genossen von den Terassen die wir benutzen durften. Dort hatten wir eine tolle aussicht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Wirklich sehr coole Unterkunft mit einer sensationellen Aussicht. Es war alles sauber und die Küche mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für Leute die mit einem Auto in Montenegro unterwegs sind.

We felt truly at home, like family visiting from away we were welcomed very warmly. The pool is great, the room and linen are Sheraton level or better. Was very impressed. Will be back

We had apartment on ground floor, above the restaurant. We have got a wonderful view over the quay. The apartment has spacious living rook combined with the kitchen. Living room has ~100" TV set We stayed with a kid of 8 and two cats. Everything went well, have no complaints. All our requests were fulfilled. Three bedrooms two of which are equipped with a dedicated bathroom. There's one common bathroom in the apartment. Kitchen is connected with a terrace which has sunbeds and a table. Terrace is large enough to do yoga and walk. One of the bedrooms is located in a separate small tower with huge windows through which you can observe the changing views of the sea. Pretty cosy! Apartment if full of different items. Decoration seems interesting and unusual. Hosts are living in the same building, but we had a separate entrance. There's a cosy beach down the hill with a small restaurant. Place it super quite. No crowds of people. The beach felt private. It's pebble beach.

Die Zufahrt ist spektakulär und nur für geübte Fahrer. Es macht zunächst mal einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Bei näherem Hinschauen erkennt man viele billige Materialien. Die Türen und Wände sind foliert und diese löst sich z. B. am unteren Türrahmen des Badezimmers ab. Auch die Passgenauigkeit von Schranktüren etc. lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Die Küche ist karg ausgestattet. Wenig Geschirr und Besteck und weder Toaster noch Kaffeemaschine. Die Lautstärke aus den benachbarten Apartments ist unaufdringlich, aber wenn nebenan gekocht wird, überträgt sich der Geruch auf das eigene Apartment. Toller Ausblick und Baden im klaren Wasser des Adriatischen Meeres sind neben der Sauberkeit ein großer Vorteil der Anlage. Gefreut haben wir uns jeden Morgen auf das Frühstück. Die Auswahl an Brot, Käse und Aufschnitt ist sehr gering, aber jeden Tag wurden wir mit vielerlei Kreationen von Gebratenem, Gebackenem und Salaten neu überrascht. Großes Lob an das Personal: sehr nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
