Our place is close to public transport and main roads, but still in a residential neighborhood with off-street parking. Also close to the KU Campus, a major grocery store and many restaurants. About 7 minutes drive downtown Lawrence. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Free laundry machines on site! One bedroom with queen size bed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another Wonderful Stay! This was our second time staying at Scott’s Tall Grass Lodge, and it was just as perfect as the first. We loved being able to walk around the pond and soak in the peaceful surroundings. A few storms rolled through during our visit, and it was actually a treat to stay in and enjoy the sound of the rain—so relaxing! The lodge was incredibly clean and, as always, very accommodating. Scott is a great host and we’ll definitely be back again.

I usually don't leave reviews, but in this case I have to. If you're on the fence about booking here, it's time to get off the fence! This place is the perfect getaway for somebody who needs time outside the city with city things within reach. The hosts are truly kind people and do not take those who rent the space from them for granted. If I come back to the area, I will absolutely be back.
