Our home is in a close knit residential area with superb pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk away, as well as many other local attractions. You’ll love my place because it's one minute away from the station, 30 seconds from a supermarket, very quiet, roads in the estate is only for access to the properties and parking therefore there is no traffic. It's very modern and clean, ceiling to floor windows makes it light and spacious. Apartment have two double size bedrooms. It is on the second floor. we have good size garden at the back. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers, small families.

The house enjoys glorious views surrounded by open countryside and has a happy atmosphere. It looks onto fields, a lake and beyond these the north downs. There is easy and convenient parking, with many interesting places a short drive away: Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and Groombridge Place plus Lingfield Racecourse. The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.
