Extremely comfortable room — good bed, large desk for the digital nomad types, and everything I needed to feel at home. Lana is a lovely host. The location is a little far from the Tube, but super well-placed for loads of bus lines. Very convenient to get out and about.

A great place, Gerry is very friendly and helpful and even got to meet Spot the dog. Stayed a week for work and everything was spot on, great location, nice and quiet and great facilities. Well stocked kitchen and washing machines. Couldn’t have asked for more. Will absolutely stay again.

Simon was an excellent host, gave us great tips on what to see and do. The location is perfectly situated for shows, walking, pubs, and major attractions. We absolutely loved staying here and would return in a heartbeat. There's just "something special" about Simon and St. Anne's.

I stayed here for a week while visiting London on my own and it was just what I needed. The location is great, really easy to get around, and there are a lot of cute cafes and shops close by. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and felt safe which was important to me since I was traveling solo. The host was also super responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the city.

Highly Recommended! Gillian and Graham's place is perfect for anyone visiting London for a week or so. The room was well presented with everything I needed for my stay. There is a private bathroom with a great shower, bath, fluffy towels and all amenities. While there are no cooking facilities in the room, there are so many varied restaurants all within a short walking distance, I never missed cooking! Graham and Gillian have lived in the area for years and are always available to recommend a shop or, even better, a local restaurant, bistro, or pub! Their apartment is a short 5-7 minute walk to the Warwick Avenue Underground station, and then you are a short 10 minute ride from Oxford Circus and all the shops that London has to offer. Or take a shorter walk to Little Venice and stroll along the Canals and walkways - stopping for a meal, a drink, or just to sit and watch the passersby. I will be back to this great area of London and this Airbnb gem.
