Kid-friendly holiday rentals in London Borough of Barnet

My husband and I felt incredibly welcomed in this lovely home. Our room was great with a very comfortable bed. I liked Paresha very much. The art-filled house is beautiful, as is the garden. This is a great place to stay if you are looking for an East Finchley or Muswell Hill location, and it is near the East Finchley tube station on the Northern line.

This was a wonderful stay! The room does get a little toasty but over all this place is amazing and we would definitely stay here again!

Hope place was really pleasure to stay. Will recommend my other friends as well and now for the future I will come and stay as well. It was very pleasure to share her place. Thank you very much.

I stayed at Sinta's house in London, with my partner and two kids (5 and 8). We really enjoyed the place, it was as described, well prepared and cleaned. The house had everything we needed even toys for the kids! Sinta was very welcoming, friendly, and easy to contact. The location was fab, with supermarkets and restaurants only round the corner. The tube station was only 7 minutes walk and with regular trains to central London. We felt like home. I strongly recommend it.

I had a great stay! Elena was incredibly friendly and very accommodating – communication was easy and always helpful. The check-in was super easy and flexible, which made everything very relaxed. The place looked exactly like the photos, and the amenities were just as described and very comprehensive. It was also very quiet, which I really appreciated. For the price, it was definitely a great deal.

The arrangement was as described, and we were very satisfied. Perfect for a London trip. The apartment facing the street was a bit noisy, which might bother sensitive people. But that's the only criticism, and it's due to the location. London isn't a small village ;-)

Daniel’s place was super clear and new! Huge bedroom, really nice modern bathroom (and such a perk having 2! It’s a bit of a walk from anything (15 mins to the train, 20 to a grocery store) but a really nice neighbourhood and a direct route into all the touristy spots. The sofa bed is not very comfortable but it did the job! Would stay again!

Rosita answer's questions very quickly and unambiguously. The location of the flat was perfect for the tube. The place itself is very clean with a comfortable bed. wifi super fast.

Rory was a great host who replied promptly. We appreciated the good range of amenities provided in the house!

Beautiful apartment! Great location, and easy to get into central London ! If you want pubs in the area better to go to Finchley as there aren’t many. However, the place and apartment are lovely.

Staying at Evelina‘s place was a breath of fresh air. A peaceful and vibrant place in a safe neighbourhood. The place was very comfortable and felt like home. Evelina herself was a wonderful host and very helpful constantly communicating if we needed anything truly making it an easy stay. Will definitely look to book this place again.

booked this airbnb, for my family visiting from abroad. they loved the annex, was very calm and peaceful, and Abbas and Elnaz were great hosts. Would definitely want to rebook in the future!

Sam's flat on the second floor is bright, airy, clean, comfortable and spacious, and the easy parking at the back of the block of flats is a great bonus. Excellent communication from Sam, making sure we were settled and all was OK.

Great location and perfect accommodations for our 2 night stay. Easy to walk to pubs and restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking available at the house was key for us.

We enjoyed our stay at Eimear’s. The flat was warm and cosy - there was a small snowfall whilst we there, and we had no idea at the time. There was no street noise. The location suited us. Am happy to recommend.

We loved staying at Shan's place. It is really peaceful and so close to Muswell Hill and everything this lovely area has to offer from great restaurants, cafés, shops and a gorgeous cinema. If you want an experience like no other, I highly recommend going to see a movie at the Everyman cinema. Thank you for having us and for being a great host Shan.

Had a great stay at Michelle’s place. Totally recommend it, it is located in a very beautiful and calm area. Michelle had been very nice and a great communicator.

Joanna’s home is a safe hidden haven. We had the best time staying in her home and she prepared it so well for us. The space is beautifully curated and felt like home. Joanna was very responsive and kind. This home is very close to accessible tube stations and we found it very easy getting around. Joanna is a wonderful host and so grateful for her!

I had a great stay, the place was clean and as described. transportation was close and aviable. the area was quite had some restaurants near by. the shared kitchen was clean and tidy. very nice stay.

Fantastic home & host, even better location! Highly recommended. Everything within walking distance, tube station, selection of great restaurants, gym, coffee and even Sainsbury’s underneath. Thanks Gareth.
