Bathroom has large rain shower, separate bath, double wash basins. Hanging space, chest of drawers, solid oak floors with underfloor heating. Guests have use of charming walled garden - perfect on sunny days for coffee or reading a book. The luxury guest suite is completely independent & private on its own lower floor of Bertrand's house. Guests are also welcome to use the sunny walled garden at the back of the house, very pleasant for reading a book with a drink or cup of tea. On arrival they receive a key to the house from Bertrand and are free to come and go as they wish throughout their stay. Queen's Park is a vibrant and fashionable West London neighbourhood. Breakfast on fresh-baked croissants at Gail's Bakery, sample wine and tasting plates at the Salusbury Wine Shop, and listen to local author readings at Queen's Park Books. Three minute walk to Queen's Park station for the Bakerloo line - five minutes to Paddington Station for Heathrow Express trains and just 15 minutes to Oxford Circus. Queen's Park Overground trains are 10 minutes to Euston Station near St Pancras for EuroStar trains. Nearby Brondesbury Park Overground trains go directly west to Westfield Shopping Centre, Kew Gardens and Richmond and east to Stratford, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Canary Wharf.

Whole top floor, two ensuite bedrooms & Breakfast.

Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill, only 20 minutes by tube from Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

Lovely room with ensuite near Finsbury Park

Great location near centre with excellent transport nearby. Our double-bedded room with own ensuite bathroom is very comfortable, fully-equipped and private for 1 or 2 people. If you are 3 or 4 people we've a second double-bedded room next to it at extra cost. Contact me before requesting a booking if you need the two rooms.
