This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Dorian’s apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a great time off. Every equipment that we needed was already there, such as a coffee machine with some capsules and basic cooking equipment like salt and pepper. We felt at home right away. The view from the balcony is stunning, the promenade and the beach are literally only 10 steps away. We would definitely visit again!

Laura's place is from the moment you step into it an amazing nook with fantastic energy. Everything you might need is there. Located in a center of Alicante, it gave the feel of a constant buzz and center of happenings. Absolute 10/10.

It was a great stay, in the historic center of Xàtiva. The accommodation is clean, tidy, quiet...and María José is very kind and always attentive. I totally recommend it.

The stay was super nice. Daiana was very nice to us and sent a dossier before the stay, which was very helpful, for example, for bus trips or taxis. In addition, she responds very quickly and also answers questions about the environment and other small things. The way to Valencia is very good and without changes thanks to the bus line in the village. The well-equipped kitchen can be used very well to cook for yourself. The location on the beach is great, you can hear the sea rushing and can take beautiful walks on the promenade. Overall, the accommodation is perfect for a vacation for two. We loved staying in this apartment, which was even better than in the photos. An incredible view with a very well-appointed balcony. The accommodation is clean, pleasant, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Very clean and pretty pool. Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a quiet part of town. The apartment is exactly as described and the view from the balcony is absolutely perfect. The location was perfect for us too, we wanted to be able to go on a night out but did not want to be surrounded by hen dos and stag dos so Xabier’s place was perfect. Had the best time chilling on the balcony or on the beach. A few lovely little restaurants nearby but also a short bus or taxi ride to more choices in town. The garage was an added bonus to park the car on busy days (there is parking outside but it gets busy at the weekend) Finally, Xabier was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly around checking out time. This was really kind of him and meant our last day was perfect!

A great location for everything. Only a few minutes walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, also the bus and tram stations. Would highly recommend.

This place is an absolute gem! the views from the apartment are spectacular and hearing the waves in the morning and of an evening was so peaceful! Viviane greeted us on arrival and when checking out and she is such a lovely, warm person. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and had nice touches like a coffee machine as well as an orange squeezer so we could enjoy fresh orange juice every morning whilst looking out onto the sea. We had an amazing weeks stay here. Altea is a beautiful place, particularly the old town, and if we return, I would definitely book this apartment again. Thank you

A lovely few days in Spain. Views over the Med, you can’t beat the apartment for location and views. So comfy, really well thought out property. Excellent set up/ facilities too which are worth it to be comfy and feel at home. Really great service and hospitality too from Isco 🙌

I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

A big plus was the location – close to shops, the beach, and the city center, so everything was within walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The windows offered a beautiful sea view, which we really enjoyed. An additional advantage was the private underground parking located just a 5-minute walk away. The only downside was that the bedrooms face the street – at night you could hear some traffic noise, which might be a slight inconvenience for light sleepers. The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Fantastic place! Infinity pools with a sea view are something else. The host and co-host were very hospitable and communicated clearly and in advance. The apartment looks even better in real life, the pictures don't do it justice. We also loved the beach and how accessible it is. If I really had to nitpick, I'd love to see some shelves in shower cabins to put stuff on, and it would be great to include a shower gel (which is advertised in the listing), but neither is really a deal breaker. It's an easy 5-star airbnb!

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, kind people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. We liked the apartment very much, especially the beautiful view of the sea. The building where the apartment is located is also very clean. The locals are very friendly and the pool invites you to relax. We liked that it was not directly in the party area and you had your peace. The apartment is wonderfully equipped - we'd love to come back!!

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!

I would highly recommend staying at Franks Beautiful apartment. Franks communication was brilliant and his apartment was even more beautiful in person. It over looks the beach, near lovely restaurants and bars and only a 5-10mins walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
