Rajendra uncle is a gem of a person and at all times made us feel warm and at home. From the moment we checked in, he was super helpful and cooperative. He hosted us to some amazing coffee and lunch too which we absolutely loved. Also gave us some insight on his daily life and gave us a tour of his lovely backyard. It just felt lovely and peaceful to stay amidst his hosting, not to mention that the property is an absolute treat for someone who’s looking for a quaint, relaxing, secluded and peaceful staycation. 100% recommend this place to all!!!!

This is a fabulously well designed, peaceful, green, river-side oasis within a 15-minute walk to the south Palolem beach. All amenities are carefully chosen to create a very design-forward, uncluttered, gracious space. This villa is designed in a very eco friendly, unobtrusive way with natural reed rugs, baskets and a lovely chariot. Do note: It is essential to use a taxi or have a small car/scooter as the beautiful, red stone walled drive is quite narrow. ( A rented Swift was fine with mirrors pulled in). On our first morning Diljit, the marvelous caretaker, brought us three fresh coconuts from the property. My mother asked for an iron and it appeared immediately. Diljit suggested Meena's, a local Goan restaurant within walking distance which is reasonably priced and fabulous. Towards the north of Palolem is Casa Jali, a wonderful place for a sunset drink or breakfast. We cant wait to return! Thank you so very much!!

Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

A camera image cannot describe fully the serenity and beauty of this villa. From the location (bang on NH66 ) to the amenities (there was a football and a large garden at the villa), the house is perfect for a large (or small) group of family & friends looking for a well maintained, clean & quaint villa with 4 - 5 bedrooms (with a patio outside the room) & a large pool. The pool is around 5 ft deep at its shallowest end, but lifebuoys are available and with a little watching over & some floaties, it was perfect for our kids. Good, hygienic & tasty food is available from restaurants around the villa. The staff Freddie & his wife Petorina, helped out with little things when requested and made it an un-forgettable and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to returning soon Mr. Atul & thank you for all your help. P.S. While a clean & long beach is within walking distance (5 mins), if you are looking to explore Galgibag or beaches/places further North, then having your own transport is a must.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered a sense of peace and calm that made our trip truly relaxing. The pool was a highlight—perfect for a refreshing dip during the day. A big thank you to Athmi and team for their warm hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this stay, and we’d love to come back again!

Our group of 6 have just returned from a 16 night stay at this Villa and we had the most incredible time! It was in a beautifully peaceful location with easy access to the surrounding places such as Palolem and Patnem. The villa itself is so spacious and relaxing with the most gorgeous garden. During the booking, Rohan was so responsive and helpful, making the experience before we arrived stress free! On arrival, Assis, Rohan’s father, checked us in and gave us so much helpful information for our trip. He was also on the other end of the phone for the entire trip for anything we needed. He kindly organised us local boat trips, which were incredible and recommended places for us to eat and visit! This was enormously helpful and his recommendations were simply wonderful, including Art Resort in Palolem, where we spent most of our holiday! Bahadur, the housekeeper looked after us really well, and kept everything clean and tidy, whilst also cooking breakfast. Thank you so much! 💕

Impressive property of high standard finish. Excellent air con, bed very comfy, high pressure shower. Seconds from the beach but also set back for privacy, Rebecca recommended such good restaurants, the electric bikes made it really good fun adding extra adventure cycling around Galgibaga. One morning we took private boat trip and saw dolphins! We loved the peacefulness of the village.

Galgibaga Beach is stunning with very soft sand and a lifeguard present all day. The clean beach is a turtle nesting site, where you might spot Olive Ridley turtles in Jan - Feb. Cozy Patrix House lives up to its name—it's comfortable and well-equipped. Mr. Heracles provides all necessary details in a diary. The owners, Mr. Heracles and Mrs. Liza, are friendly and always available. Amenities include a washing machine, gas stove, utensils, refrigerator, TV, ACs, and high-speed fans. They also provide beach mats, hats, frisbee, and an umbrella. The house is clean, well-lit, and has high-speed internet. Essentials like tea, coffee, and detergent are already available. They even provided a baby chair for our toddler. There is a clothes hanging area on the terrace, though caution is needed as it has no walls. Mr. Heracles helped us hire a cook, and the service was excellent. Overall, our experience was lovely, and we highly recommend Cozy Patrix House. We look forward to visiting again!
