Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. One double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Rent our pool house! Newly built "apartment" of about 25 sqm with spacious hall, bathroom with laundry facilities and room with kitchen, sofa and 160 cm bed. Bedlinen and towels are included, you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside included. You can store your skis or bikes in locked space if you wish. About 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country tracks, bathhouses, bike trails and the university Dalarna. 3 minutes drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Fritidsboende uthyres dygn eller veckovis. Semesterboende i renoverat timmerhus. Huset ligger på samma gård som hyresvärdens bostadshus. Huset är 74 kvm i två våningar med liten hall, kök, bad och Tv-rum på nedre plan. Öppet sovloft med två enkelbäddar 90x200 samt litet sovrum med två enkelsängar 90x200 . Brant trappa till övre våningen. Rökning eller husdjur är ej tillåtet. Under kallaste årstiden vill vi helst ha er förfrågan 48 h innan ankomst så vi hinner höja temperaturen i stugan.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cozy cottage of 27 sqm with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen and porch of 29 sqm with magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The bed is made and clean towels are provided when you arrive, it's easy to enjoy yourself here! The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.
