Holiday rentals with breakfast in Logan Square, Chicago

This place was spacious and worked great for our group in town for a concert. There was plenty of room and privacy, the beds were comfortable, the water was hot, and the garage fit two SUVs. Having separate bathrooms was the plus for us, and well worth it. While the neighborhood isn’t the quietest — we heard neighbors yelling at night and in the morning — this was clearly stated in the listing, and we still felt safe throughout our stay. The location was a 15-minute drive to Soldier Field, which was super convenient. Just be prepared for Chicago traffic — since the home is far enough from downtown that the subway isn’t really practical, driving is your best bet, but it can double your commute time depending on traffic.

My family and I rented Kevin's place for my niece's wedding. we enjoyed ourselves and the accommodations. Kevin was super responsive and made us feel welcome. the neighborhood is isolated but peaceful.

Bianca was Incredibly responsive, great communicator. Place was exactly what we needed. We had a different Airbnb cancel on us last minute, Bianca saved us! She was thoughtful. She double checked the location and got to know us before accepting our request to stay. I appreciated her proactive and straightforward communication. The high score on the PAC Man machine is still up for grabs

Beautiful home that was perfect for our families!

Perfect place to stay for our visit to Chicago with friends! There was ample room in the BnB for all of us, including a spacious dining and living room. The kitchen was very well stocked including coffee, juice, eggs, and toast for us to make our own breakfast (a welcome surprise!). It was very walkable to transit, with a CTA Blue Line station nearby. Thatheu was very responsive and check in was straightforward. Also the later check-out time was very convenient as we were able to take the time for breakfast before heading out for the day. Thanks again for helping us to have a great trip!

Had a great 2 night stay. Everything was clean and exactly as pictures and described. Very cute decor/theme. The layout was great for us, family with older teens. Lots of space and TVs. Great restaurants and some shopping within walking distance. Really good value. Walk to the beach and trails. We were in town for a nearby event and really enjoyed the area this place was in. Host was very responsive and answered questions beforehand. We had no issues with our stay at all and would absolutely recommend.

Great house! Very clean and not far from downtown! Location doesn't show up on maps for users but other than that it was awesome! The house description was correct to the house! And, we appreciated the double passcode and security. Thanks so much! It was a magnificent place to stay.

Felt right at home, right away. Love the mood of the place, beautiful decoration, cozy spaces throughout. My wife loved the soaker tub, melted her stresses away. Always found street parking right in front of the apartment each evening. Smooth trip into Chicago whenever the mood struck us. The mattress is definitely firm. If that suits you and your back, you are going to love this spot like we did!

Chad and German were amazing hosts! Their place was perfect for our weekend. We planned a surprise birthday getaway for our son at Wrigley Field. It was so easy to get around with lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was also fun to have him blow out his birthday candles under the disco ball.

Carol's place was lovely. I stayed here with my long distance partner as I was seeing her for the first time and we felt right at home, we almost didnt want to leave. Carol provided a warm and welcoming home for us, gave us all of our bare essentials and we felt very safe. The building is beautiful, comfortable and she was kind enough to provide guides for us as it was my first time staying in the area. She was very responsive and was kind enough to make sure we had an easy time checking in. I highly recommend it here if youre looking for somewhere to call your temporary home on your trip ♡

Well equipped and clean Instructions are very clear

As most everyone says, this is a spacious and very comfortable, generous place. There isn't a welcome binder with house instructions, restaurant menus, maps, etc., so we sort of winged it, but Howard was available for questions. The dog(s?) were a little barkier than I'd expected, but not a deal-killer. The apartment is very clean and cheerful, with lots of good light and comfy seating. Recommended!

We had an amazing stay and our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay great. I reached out for recommendation to host my mom’s memorial service and they not only helped me find a caterer (who was amazing!) but also gave recommendations to hold her event. Upon arrival, they left some amazing popcorn for us and we all felt right at home. We had an amazing stay and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for hosting us!!

James’ place is great! It was a lot bigger than expected, but it did look just like the pictures. Maybe it was just us but we had a hard time with opening the doors haha. Overall, it’s probably one of the best deals in the city and fairly accessible with the pink line so close! His dog is also so sweet and cute. I’d highly recommend, I’m very particular about clean spaces but James did a great job at making the space feel clean and homey.

I unfortunately had to cancel at the last minute - but Christianne and Patrick were still so incredibly thoughtful. They sent me the weather forecast in advance as a heads up for packing, and even some encouragement for getting through an emergency situation at home (despite the fact that I was doing them a total disservice with a last minute cancellation). I would look to stay with them again in the future as priority #1 if in Chicago! They clearly understand what it means to go above and beyond on the hospitality front!!

It was a wonderful stay with a very hospitable host. We loved the access to the beautiful kitchen with instant hot water for tea. The homemade baked goods were a delicious treat in the morning. The room was immaculate. The back rooms face the tracks for the busy Chicago Transit Blue Line, so if noise bothers you, ask for a room facing the street.

Mary's place was a great location for our short trip to Chicago! It was a short Uber drive from the airport, and a short drive to the All-State Arena. We did arrive late at night due to flight delays and opted for an Uber versus the train. I am glad we did cause it seems like the train station is under construction for the side we needed and would have been a bit more of a walk departing from the other side, but definitely not a dealbreaker or anything. The house is a short walk from this breakfast place that we actually went to twice during our short stay, with other options nearby. Overall, the house felt cozy and clean, but we did struggle with getting in the bathroom first thing in the morning with the other guests in the house during our stay. Mary was very responsive and a great host to us during our stay. The bed was comfortable as well and the room had amble space for a large suitcase, a carry-on, and two large bags with space to spare for two people.

Nice chill spot

We enjoyed our stay! It was great to be able to walk to the University and restaurants. Our windows looked out on trees and backyard, which made for an extra peaceful stay in the middle of the city.
