Lovely rich house. Modern and nice bathroom and kitchen. Other rooms were old style that made the house very cozy. Lots of nice to look at in the house. Convenient with 24-hour store just across the street.

Great place to stay near Svolvær

We had a great stay in Eggum! We liked the peaceful location. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Our kid particularly enjoyed the toy trains when we were in the house :)

The house was very nice and feels like home. It was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Very near to sentrum and easy to find. We were lucky that we were able to stay here even only for two nights, as other accommodations doesn't accept short stay in the area. The host was very friendly and kind.

Staying in this house in Reine was simply magical! The view from every window does not seem real or even possible, but it is! It is like living inside of a story book! This little village is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been in the world! You can easily walk to the Reinebringen trailhead. The hike up all the stone steps is absolutely worth the effort for the spectacular view! We were very comfortable in this house! We loved the updated bathrooms with the heated floor! This home has a lot of character and charm. The atmosphere is truly koselig! I definitely want to return to this exact place with my family again in the future!

If you have any desire at all to come to Lofoten, book this place now. It’s spectacular: private, but right on a beach with snowy mountains and ocean mixing to make a perfect view. The house has everything: very comfortable beds, a living room with a view to die for, laundry, private parking, fast WiFi, well-kitted kitchen, a lovely deck, and a short private trail down onto the beach. Groceries and the Ramberg Resort restaurant are a short walk away, or a 2min drive. The only downsides are location downsides: while Lofoten is amazingly beautiful, it’s also got very messy weather and hours: rain can come at any moment, and during summer, the sun basically never sleeps, and during winter, it never shows up. But this would be a spectacular house for Northern Lights viewing, I’d bet, and it was amazing seeing midnight sunsets. All in all: if you can, book this place. You’ll love it.

Great place to stay. Absolutely fantastic view. Above all, we appreciated that there was a shopping facility just a 5-minute walk away. There are also two fast charging stations for the car. Nevertheless, you are at the house for yourself and can enjoy the view and the hot tub. The house has everything you need including TV and Wi-Fi. We would love to come back.

We arrived late and Ragnar was waiting for us, he was very nice to us and showed us the whole house and services. The breakfast very good and complete, with a tortilla- pizza that was spectacular. The culmination was to see a Northern Lights almost on top of us! Very grateful, too bad we didn't stay longer.

We had a remarkable stay at this property in APRIL, not the best season to visit. We were very lucky with weather, but unfortunately we're not able to see northern lights due to clouds. The location and amenities are great, specifically the hot tub on the deck was the perfect place to debrief the day's explorations. The house is secluded but close enough to Ballstad and Leknes for restaurants or stores. Also centrally located in Lofoten to explore western beaches (Unstad, Uttakleiv), southern towns (Reine, Nusfjord) and more populated northern cities (Svolvaer) where tour guides are based. Gabriel was very responsive to any questions we had. We look forward to returning to Lofoten during a more hiking friendly season.

Ragnar was a great host - super accommodating and his airbnb is in a lovely location

We had a great time staying at Ragnar’s hostel. It’s a cool repurposed municipal building that has been turned into a unique traveler’s oasis. There are lots of interesting shared spaces - well-stocked kitchens, seating areas, a dining room, and a bar space. We had fun exploring and loved using the sauna and the hot tub which overlook the fjord. Our room was comfortable and we slept well. We met lots of nice people and would definitely return.

We were guests of this great, helpful and open family for three nights. The view was fantastically beautiful, and the sauna and the whirlpool were simply awesome! Everything was very clean. The cozy evenings and the exchange about the country, the area, and many experiences rounded off the whole thing perfectly. That's how an Airbnb should be! Thank you so much for everything, we had a great time with you, and look forward to next time!

We had dinner there and it was very nice! The facility has much to offer and the views are great. The hosts are very welcoming :)
