We had an amazing stay at Kine's place! Kine was such a friendly and responsive host, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The atmosphere of the house was fantastic, and it comfortably fit all five of us. The location is stunning, with incredible views right in front of the jetty. The home appliances were also top-notch, making our stay even more convenient and comfortable. To top it off, we were able to watch the northern lights from the yard – an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and scenic getaway.

If you are going to Henningsvær, this is the perfect place to stay. Recommended!

We LOVED our stay in Elisabeth’s rorbu. This rorbu was such a cozy place (with a great view of the water) on a rainy / windy day; we and a wonderful home base for hikes, exploring, etc in the southern part of the Lofoten Islands when the weather is cooperating :-). Elisabeth is super responsive and very kind. We’d eagerly stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay - the rorbuer was pristine and the views were unbelievable. Upon arriving we actually had someone else in the unit we were supposed to be in but Marta responded right away and let us know we had been upgraded to a unit right next door. The check in was seamless otherwise. Parking is literally right next to the rorbuer. The kitchen was well equipped to the point where we cooked a couple meals there. The mattresses were comfortable and there were blackout curtains for the long summer days. A delicious restaurant is right across the road and a grocery store about 2 km away. Very peaceful stay, would highly recommend.

My fiance and I spent the most incredible week in Lofoten at Telma’s cabin during the polar night! Grunnforfjord is absolutely spectacular in the winter season and we completely fell in love with the scenery, the wildlife and the northern lights displays which we had on pretty much every evening of our stay. The cabin has everything you could need and the wood burner kept us warm throughout. The separate annexe has some of the best views you could wake up to and we even had an otter walk past the window. We will certainly be coming back to Lofoten in the spring/summer months and if you are looking for a peaceful retreat this is the best we have experienced so far!

We had a great time. The accommodation was very nice and comfortable, very well equipped and clean. The view from floor to ceiling windows is great!

We were very lucky - we enjoyed mountain hikes in beautiful May weather and this fisherman’s cabin which was such a lovely surprise! It was as it is described and much more. It was very spacious, right on the water, had incredible views and everything we needed. The location was also very convenient - close to everything but a bit away so very romantic. A great homestay, right in front of the bay, you can always admire the greenery and the pink ocean.The place itself is neat and well organized, whether it's flooring, kitchen, or bathroom.There is a full kitchen for our convenience to cook our own meals for your convenience.The host is also very responsive ~ The overall environment is also as stated in the listing, quiet and comfortable, relaxing, perfect for enjoying the trip.In addition, the host has an EV charger, which is especially thoughtful for self-driving. The location is about an hour's drive to Swallville and Reyna village, avoiding hotspots and making it easy to organize your itinerary, it's a clever halfway point, highly recommended!

We spent 5 unforgettable nights in their cottage. Thank you. The cottage was identical to the photos. Very clean, tidy. The hot tub was great, we were lucky enough to use it. Unfortunately we didn't have a very nice weather (early May) so we didn't get out much but since the cottage was very good, it didn't bother us. Thank you again

We loved it here! The views were spectacular, the house was modern, super clean, efficient and spacious. We enjoyed the sauna and appreciated having the washer/dryer. Everything was exactly like the pictures. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Fantastic stay with stunning surroundings – highly recommended! This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Lofoten and want to be in the heart of it all. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and central. Everything was pristine and in perfect condition—no issues at all. My only suggestion would be regarding the curtains: currently there are three separate panels with four gaps that let in light. During the midnight sun, this allows sunlight to enter the room at night. Adding Velcro to secure them or switching to one or two blackout panels would help. I personally prefer a pitch-dark room for sleeping. Aside from that, everything was excellent—wonderful host, beautiful accommodation, and an overall fantastic experience. I’ll definitely return.

Kari and Inge couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Kari met us at the trail, just off the road, to show us the property and and provide us with the keys. She even helped carry our luggage down the steep trail to the cabin! She provided excellent recommendations to restaurants in the area, and activities to do such as a RIB boat ride out to the puffin sanctuary (a MUST DO!). Our stay was during the 20+ hours of daylight, so we even had a chance to experience the setting of the midnight sun. Because of the low population in the area…it seemed as if Kari and Inge knew everyone! We would definitely like to come back and experience the area later in the year to see the cabin and waters in a different season.

Our group really enjoyed staying at Einar's and Carina's cozy home. We were also allowed to experience the Lofoten and Henningsvaer with sunshine and had a quite nice time up here. Thank you so much for having us :-)

Beautiful Airbnb! The view is even more beautiful than it comes across in the pictures. Highlight: We were able to watch northern lights (auroras) from the hot tub (several times)! The kitchen is excellently equipped for an Airbnb. Enough plates, pots and even baking equipment is there. We also made waffles and pancakes. Nothing was missing in the kitchen! Only downside: A few things weren't quite clean. The location is great, several supermarkets about 20 minutes away. There were 3 of us here, for 6 people I imagine it might be a little tight. For us, however, it was just perfect!

Beautiful cabin. Exactly the kind of place I'd like to own. I loved watching the sea and the sky, marvelling at the everlasting sun and relaxing in the sauna.

Simply put one of the most breathtaking houses you could find on Airbnb. If you think it looks amazing in the listing, wait to you experience it in real life. You will never want to leave the deck unless you need to get out of the sun or rain and enjoy the spectacular interior which is gorgeous but so comfortable. Every room has the same amazing view and Top quality fixtures and soft cozy design. Sinks, kitchen appliances, beds, bedding, even the sauna were all top notch. And we enjoyed the Phillips automatic espresso maker each morning. We will be back, even though it is a long trip from the Northeast of America. Finally, the location was perfect for us since we were 15-20 minutes from Svolaer, Kabelvag and Henninsvaer which has a great restaurant called Fiskohaven.

An amazing place to spend your travel days. It’s creative, contemporary, lots of natural light and all white and woody. It’s so beautifully done that you feel like not stepping out. Loved the place, loved the surrounding, loved the warmth of Marco and the awesome local tips and recommendations that made the trip all the more memorable! From the Lofoten Vibes to works best cinnamon rolls, to the fire place to the varied book collection and the outstanding balcony view!!! Thanks a lot Marco and hope to visit again :)

Modern house with very nice furnishings and interior design. Hot tub with a view is perfect. Booked for 13 people but the sofa bed upstairs for two people had no curtains or blinds! (Not good during midnight sun times!) There was also no door to this area and a window from the sauna directly into the sofa bed area...

If you have any desire at all to come to Lofoten, book this place now. It’s spectacular: private, but right on a beach with snowy mountains and ocean mixing to make a perfect view. The house has everything: very comfortable beds, a living room with a view to die for, laundry, private parking, fast WiFi, well-kitted kitchen, a lovely deck, and a short private trail down onto the beach. Groceries and the Ramberg Resort restaurant are a short walk away, or a 2min drive. The only downsides are location downsides: while Lofoten is amazingly beautiful, it’s also got very messy weather and hours: rain can come at any moment, and during summer, the sun basically never sleeps, and during winter, it never shows up. But this would be a spectacular house for Northern Lights viewing, I’d bet, and it was amazing seeing midnight sunsets. All in all: if you can, book this place. You’ll love it.
