Apartment holiday rentals in Lofer

This is a terrific apartment located in a quiet area with magnificent views over the mountain range. The Stahl family are very welcoming and friendly hosts even though we caused them some inconvenience as we locked ourselves out one day and forgot some of our belongings on checking out. Josef was so kind to call us to let us know! Their daughter Regina was very nice to welcome us on arrival and show us around. The apartment is super well equipped and brand new. Everything was so well organized and clean. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The apartment is also very well located with very easy access to the skiing area of Lofer and Heutal. The town of Unken also has a range of small businesses including a supermarket, excellent butcher and skiing rental that is more economical than in Lofer. We would warmly recommend this apartment and definitely consider coming back, perhaps also in summer, to make use more of the terrace and balcony.

Entsprach alles der Beschreibung. Es ist etwas außerhalb von Rupholding gelegen. Für mich hat alles gepasst. Die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt. Auf Nachfrage konnte ich mein Fahrrad in der Garage unterbringen.

Peter is an excellent host! The property is beautiful and location is perfect with great views. We had an excellent time and Peter was very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. I recommend you book a stay when in the Leogang area!

Wir waren vor einer Woche bei Heidi und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, super und stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und hat mit Kindern alles zu bieten, was man braucht. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Den Kinder haben die hauseigenen Hühner und Hasen besonders gefallen. :) Heidi ist wunderbar in der Kommunikation und eine tolle Gastgeberin. Auf dem nächsten Weg nach Italien machen wir gerne wieder Halt bei Heidi. Familie Benning

Bel appartement. Équipements corrects et épicerie disponible ainsi que de la lessive pour le lave linge et le lave-vaisselle. Le village est magnifique et la vue du balcon incroyable. Attention tout de même : appartement au 4eme étage sans ascenseur. Peut être difficile pour certaines personnes. Remarque : indiquer où jeter le verre.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, um ein paar entspannte Tage in den Bergen zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, absolut sauber und gemütlich. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden – von der gut ausgestatteten Küche bis zur liebevollen Einrichtung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend: schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, tolle und sehr ruhige Lage in der Natur. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, aber teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Fernseher nicht smart, d.h. kein Prime etc. möglich), das Sofa sollte mal ersetzt werden. Wenn es einen nicht stört aber dennoch eine klare Empfehlung und wir würden wiederkommen. Bei der Beschreibung stimmen ein paar Punkte nicht (kein Backofen vorhanden, keine Waschmaschine - wir durften dennoch die Maschine der Gastgeberin nutzen). Neben der Gastfreundschaft passten auch die Details wie z.B. ein kleiner Teller mit selbst gebackenen Keksen zur Begrüßung. Für uns sehr praktisch war die Wallbox (faire Abrechnung mit 0,55€/kWh), so dass unser E-Auto immer nachts laden konnte.

Wir (3 Paare) hatten vier wundervolle Tage in Hinterthal. Diana, die Hausverwalterin, empfing uns mit einer warmherzigen Begrüßung und versorgte uns mit den nötigen Informationen. Lauren die Eigentümerin versorgte uns bereits im Vorfeld mit nützlichen Tipps rund um die Region. Vielen lieben Dank euch beiden. Der Ausblick auf die Berge und das Panorama vom Apartment aus sind grandios. Der umlaufende Balkon ermöglicht ein Frühstück oder Abendessen bei Sonnenschein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, es war alles vor Ort was man benötigt und sogar etwas mehr. Die abendlichen spannenden Tischtennisspiele im Wohnzimmer haben auch zu unseren allgemeinen Wohlfühlatmosphäre beigetragen. Es war rundum ein erholsamer und wunderbare Urlaub.

Perfekte Wohnung für ein paar Tage. Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden! Sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, der einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Komme wieder!!!

Wir haben und von Anfang an willkommen. gefühlt. Christine und Helmut sind super nett und man bekommt tolle Local Tipps. Die Unterkunft war Tip Top in Schuss und es fehlte an nichts. Optimale Anbindung zum ÖPNV (Busshaltestelle 2 min. entfernt) Zum wandern ist die Unterkunft sehr gut gelegen da die Wanderrouten praktisch vor der Haustür beginnen. Weiterempfehlung zur 100%.

Such a memorable stay and just what we were searching for. A quiet and beautiful part of town and a cozy and clean place. Everything was just as pictured. Good kitchen space and comfortable bed. Nice seating area outside that was perfect for breakfast. The hosts were so helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would highly, highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Ubytování bylo čisté, útulné a především na krásném místě. Naprosto dostačující vybavení kuchyňky. Co bylo ale naprosto TOP tak pohodlné matrace. Hostitelka, která nás přivítala s úsměvem byla moc milá a i v průběhu pobytu s námi byla v kontaktu. 10/10 doporučuji :)

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

Christine und Josef sind sehr herzliche und zuverlässige Gastgeber. Sie waren jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Gute Tips und Literatur für Unternehmungen! Unsere 8jährige Tochter durfte die Hasen streicheln und einen Blick in den Stall werfen. Die neuwertige Wohnung war mit liebevollen Details versehen.

Liebe Petra, wir bedanken uns nochmal recht herzlich über deine super tolle Ferienwohnung und deine Gastfreundlichkeit! Es war wirklich alles da was man braucht oder sich vorstellen kann. Es war alles super vorbereitet für uns und haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt! Die Kinder haben sich über die Spiele und Malblöcke die zur Verfügung gestellt worden sind gefreut. Der Wirlpool war natürlich das absolute Highlight!! Wir können deine Ferienwohnung einfach nur weiterempfehlen und werden sicher nochmal wieder kommen !! Uns hat es auch sehr gefreut, dass überall so viele Kleinigkeiten und liebe auf Details geachtet wurde. Es wurde der Kühlschrank mit Frühstücksachen vorbereitet, es gab einen Sekt zum Geburtstag und es wurde sogar an die Kinder mit einem Kindersekt gedacht. Einfach nur super klasse!!

Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr schönes Airbnb, großer Innen- sowie Außenbereich.

Wir waren zu viert dort und haben uns gleich von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Auch unser verspätetes Ankommen aufgrund des Verkehrs war überhaupt kein Problem und der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist super schön und modern, einwandfrei ausgetauscht und sauber, sowie toller Blick auf die Berge. Die Pools sind toll und auch die Sauna haben wir gerne genutzt. Haben auch noch Ausflugstipps bekommen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt, gerne wieder! 🤩
