The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

Baabe Comfort Beach House right by the sea

Dream vacation on the sunny island of Rügen in the luxury holiday home "Strandperle" right on the beautiful sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Our Scandinavian house is right on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this cottage is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equiped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of about 75 m² and is suitable for max 4 adults & 2 children.

The cottage is on our property in a quiet residential area only about 10 min. Walk from the city center. The non-smoking house is set up for 2-3 people. The cottage consists of a kitchen (15 m2) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m2) upstairs. Outdoor seating with garden furniture and swing for the guests Parking space, wallbox and bike rack at the property. Laundry package and final cleaning included.

We offer you a newly renovated and elegantly furnished 48 m² 2-room apartment in the attic. From the balcony you can enjoy the evening sun and have the best view of the old town of Ueckermünde and the boats of the marina. Towels, sheets and much more are included in the price. The approx. 140 m², bright holiday home has a spacious living-dining area with cozy couch and smart TV, fireplace, dining table and an open kitchen. The three spacious bedrooms are fitted with large double beds (sometimes also separable). The modern bathrooms have floor-level showers and sauna. WiFi is free of charge. The large furnished terrace with sun protection and access to the garden invite you to relax and grill.

3. COTTAGE an der Danish Wieck

The former Tagelöhnerkate was lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this object impresses with its framework, the largely preserved bricks and its thatched roof. The house can ideally accommodate 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more people in the living room is possible. If this is not enough, the neighbouring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults + dog).

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
