Die Lage ist ideal für Entdeckungen im Tessin (Locarno, Ascona, Lugano, Verzascatal, Maggiatal) : Postauto Haltestelle Contra di Sotto 30m entfernt. Der Bahnhof Tenero ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Unterhalb des Hauses befindet sich ein Restaurant.
