The house is beautiful and spacious, the pool had clean and fresh water. Daniel was very kind and always attentive. We would definitely stay there again, it's a 5min walk from the beach. There are shops and restaurants nearby.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

My husband, myself and our 3 kids had a WONDERFUL time at Cesar’s place! The setup was perfect, and I cant express enough how beautiful the views were from the back patio. The property is a 3 minute walk to the Faro Grill which offers an incredible view and great food. We spent most of our days going back and forth between the pool and the practically private beach that is directly behind the property. The security guard to the neighborhood helped us feel safe, and Cesar was extremely responsive and often checked in. I would recommend this to families, couples or anyone looking for a peaceful vacation, and it is close enough to Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta if you want to experience those places as well. We researched many houses in Sayulita and it was a difficult choice to narrow down. With this place we picked the right one! Excellent location and easy to walk to and from town as well as the beach. Only one small section of steeper street to manage at the top but pretty easy compared to some of the other places around town and how steep the roads are. Plenty of golf cart rentals if you need one but we never felt it was needed for us. Everything is very close by as this is a nice smaller town that is easily manageable once you spend a few days here. The house has plenty of space and the roof top patio and pool were must haves to relax and enjoy the views. If you are choosing between a few narrowed down selections you won’t be disappointed with this house. We would definitely rent again. Prices in town seemed on average about half of Puerto Vallarta and other heavy tourist Mexico spots for food and drinks. Safe town. Friendly people. Incredible food. Always felt welcomed.

We had an amazing time. The place was super clean, cozy, and felt really safe. Everything looked just like the photos, maybe even better in person. The hosts were kind and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and gave us great local tips. The neighbourhood was quiet and relaxing, but still close to everything we needed. There are very good restaurants within walking distance. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill and comfortable spot to enjoy your trip and be able to walk to the beach. The rental car was a plus; we used it for a couple of days to visit other areas.

Michele’s house was absolutely stunning! The home was beautifully furnished and had all the comforts of home. Beautiful views from every room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. The beds were comfortable. It was also great to have a golf cart to use to get to the town. Michele was very helpful and accommodating. Michele also got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. We were a family of 6 and it was the perfect place to stay. I’d definitely come back!!!

Our family had an incredible stay at Abraham’s Airbnb in San Pancho. The location was absolutely beautiful, offering the perfect mix of tranquility and charm. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. What truly made our stay exceptional was Abraham’s hospitality—he went above and beyond to accommodate us, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. His local recommendations were spot on, and his kindness made us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

This house was perfect for multi generational family (multiple levels is something to think about if mobility is issue) We had more than enough space for all family members to gather either on deck off kitchen, upper deck where bbq and fire table overlooks ocean view and the stars at night were incredible. If that’s not enough, the spectacular infinity pool was amazing to relax, swim or play card games outside, or sneak off on your own and find plenty of spaces in or out to read your favourite book. This was the perfect end to our vacation as was quiet but only a 10 minute walk to beach or 20 min car ride to SAN Pancho (SAN Francisco) where that small town vibe with markets, many restaurants and ocean front greets you. We had all we needed for a perfect getaway and hosts were very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

Casa Chucho is the best. This was our first time in San Pancho...it definitely will not be our last. If you're familiar with San Pancho, none of this is a surprise. If not, worth noting a few great things. Casa Chucho is literally 90 secs from the beach. We'd depart at 7:05 to reach the beach at 7:07 to watch the sunset. Casa Chucho is also quite literally in the heart of the restaurant row of San Pancho...the main drag. This is absolutely a plus, but know that you will have live music and DJ sounds into the evening. Casa Chucho provides sound machines which definitely help. They music doesn't go too late. The home itself is impeccable. Was clear to my design-minded wife that a lot of time, cost and attention was paid to everything. The beds are comfortable, design is functional and stylish, and the kitchen is well stocked. During our time, the hot tub was out of order, which was a disappointment...which meant the back was unavailable. We loved Casa Chucho.

We loved staying at Brady’s place! My fiance and I booked a last minute trip and Brady was able to accommodate us quickly. We loved the place and would 100% stay there again!

The place is quiet. The space is very spacious and pleasant for my wife and our dog children. It has a beach 5 minutes walk and several more within a short drive. There is a specialty cafe 2 blocks away and very good restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back soon.

Casa Nida is a very unique and memorable house. We had nine people in our party and we all had great rooms. There are many spaces on the property to find some alone time but also enough room to gather for group meals and games. Pedro at the surf shop downstairs was very helpful and made sure our group had the beach space and boards to enjoy our stay. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this rental.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jez's place. The house was so clean! I slept great because the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. One night I even heard the sound of the waves from the ocean as I fell asleep. It has a wonderful front porch that is shady, breezy, and cool with a table and chairs. Perfect for relaxing on a hot afternoon. This was my first time traveling solo in Mexico and I felt safe staying there. It was good to know Jez and her family were right next door if I needed anything, while at the same time having privacy. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time during our week here! The views were incredible and the place was exactly as described. Saw some of the best sunsets of our lives from the deck and there was plenty of space to set up and hang out after long days exploring the many towns and beaches nearby! We would highly recommend this place.

This is a very nice house in an interesting neighborhood, decorated in a truly Mexican fashion. Juan was great.

Phenomenal place that provides best of both worlds. The house is very cozy and located in a quit neighborhood at walking distance from downtown/beach ( 20 min). Close enough to walk, but away from the noise and crowds from town. The patio, open space and pool is great to live outside in a very confortable way. We use the pool a lot in the morning, coming back from the beach and before bedtime. Super relaxing and great to cool off. The amount of birds around the house singing was also a great treat. There is a house in construction in front of the property, there is noise coming from it, but it is not to bad. They tend to start later in the morning and were finished when we came back from the beach. Rene is also very helpful and reactive. Provided us all we needed in terms of support and info in a heartbeat. Overall, I really recommend this house, its location, set up and surroundings makes it the perfect spot. You’ll love it.

Absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Casa Rosa! It was the perfect spot to unwind, with stunning views and beautiful weather. The home looks exactly like the photos—if not better—and had everything we needed. Just a short, easy ride to great local restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again!

A very nice and quiet place, the host is very friendly and flexible, the house is super close to the beach, the only problem is that at night there is not much to do, since there are no restaurants nearby, you have to go to downtown Guayabitos, which is about 7 minutes by car.

We really enjoyed staying at Haddon and errands Place not only was it clean and beautiful and well designed but the view is magnificent we also enjoyed how clean the yard was and how easy it was access down even though it had the feeling of being absolutely private would definitely recommend staying here And are considering staying there again on our next trip! Beautiful home - awesome indoor-outdoor space, private pool, plenty of shade for warm days. Excellent location just a few blocks off the main street with restaurants, etc. Free morning wake-up by neighborhood roosters. Just a short walk to the beach. Excellent restaurants nearby. House manual was very helpful for recommendations. House is clean and comfortable, host very helpful including arranging our transport to/from PVR. House has staff to maintain - we saw a gardener, pool person and housekeeper during our 6 day stay. Would stay again and recommend to others!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was such a relaxing place to start the day and come back to after a long day in the sun. It was spotless, had amazing views, great sunrises, peaceful style, and a lovely pool. Leanne and Rene were very responsive and gave detailed instructions for getting in. I recommend getting a golf cart - you can walk as it’s only about 5-8 min into town, but the golf carts are fun and allow you to explore the surrounding area more! We will definitely be back! Such a fantastic Airbnb.

This place is beautiful! Looks just like the photos. Easy to find, and walkable distance to restaurants and the beach. Sergio was responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again :)
