The 1,539 square foot historic loft features an open floorplan w/ a full kitchen, a 15' bar, a dining area, a living area w/ fireplace, a billiard table, 15' copper ceilings, granite stone walls, and original hardwood floors. Each bedroom suite features soaring ceilings, a clawfoot tub, a private bathroom, a cloudlike Beautyrest mattress, and a flat-screen TV.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck.
