The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.

Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP-board are available to borrow.

Three adults sleep comfortable and extra beds can be provided upon request. Towels and bedsheets is included.

Fisherman's cottage by the sea

Humlan, vår pärla i Söderhamns skärgård! Ett gammalt fiskarområde som nu består av fritidshus, ca en mil från staden. Här kan du både få frid vid havet, njuta av stor trädgård och stor altan, och ta dig ut på vattnet med SUP eller kajak. Huset är ca 80 m2 och har 2 sovrum med dubbelsäng, och 4 platsbyggda sovalkover. Köket är fullt utrustat med diskmaskin, spis, kyl och frys. Fräscht badrum med tvättmaskin. I trädgården en gäststuga med plats för 2 sovande gäster. Max 6 gäster får plats.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
