Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Matea war echt schön, wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Ruhe und der Pool waren super, wir hatten sogar den Pool für uns alleine. Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und äußerst Gastfreundlich, uns wurde sogar ein leckerer Kuchen gebacken, danke nochmal! Uns wurde schnell geholfen, wenn wir Tips oder Hilfe brauchten. Die Ausstattung war, besonders in der Küche, echt gut und mehr als ausreichend um für 4 Personen zu kochen. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Umgebung, ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen, hier ist nur ein kleiner Supermarkt (hat die Größe einer Tankstelle) und sonst ist hier nichts. In 10 Minuten waren wir mit dem Auto am Strand, wir haben eine kleine unscheinbare Bucht gefunden, an der wir ganz alleine waren. Wundervoll! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt :-)

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

Der Aufenthalt in Dijanas Ferienwohnung war einfach fantastisch! Dijana ist eine unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, wodurch wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt – besonders der atemberaubende Meerblick war ein Highlight! Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Wir haben die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Umgebung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Dijana, für diese wundervolle Zeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Pre super boravak, u prekrasnom, autohtonom okruženju, sa najboljim domaćinom ikad! Ivan se zbilja jako trudi da vam apsolutno ništa ne nedostaje, uvijek je na raspolaganju za sve što vam zatreba. Obavezno probati Ivanovu spizu u konobi, a da vaš boravak bude ekstra ugodan i udoban pobrinut će se domaćin. Mi smo stvarno uzivali i opustili se i sigurno se vraćamo opet. Svaka čast

Wij hebben in deze prachtige villa een week gezeten met een vriendengroep van 8. De accommodatie was echt perfect en heeft er voor gezorgd dat wij een erg fijn en comfortabele week gehad, mede door de locatie in een fijne buurt en de magistrale tuin. De host was zeer vriendelijk en liet ons comfortabel voelen. Verder hebben wij een grandioze week gehad in Zadar.

Danijela was the best host we could ask for, she provided everything and more (big hvala again for the welcome drinks and the pancakes!!!), there were sampoo, sunscreen, shower gel, and more in the bathroom The place itself was clean, has great location, close to the beach (3 mins), and the old town (~20 mins by foot), the outdoor space and the kitchen is convenient, and a big big plus: the AC!!

Tivemos uma ótima experiência durante nossa estadia de 1 noite. O lugar é limpo, aconchegante e exatamente como nas fotos. A única dificuldade foi em relação ao estacionamento e à entrada, que foram um pouco complicados de localizar e de conseguir vaga. No entanto, isso não atrapalhou a experiência como um todo — gostamos muito do espaço e certamente voltaríamos!

Het huisje was echt geweldig. Het huisje was heel erg knus, en alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Alle belangrijke dingen waren op loopafstand en alles was goed geregeld. Ik raad dit huisje aan iedereen aan!

We've had a great stay at Damir's place. Damir turned out to be a fantastic host, super nice, friendly and very helpful. He welcomed us personally and showed us around the appartment. He provided us with a lot of tips concerning the area, places to eat and things to visit, showing us all on the map. There were even some snacks prepared and cold drinks in the fridge. The appartment itself is extremely clean. It's located in a beautiful and calm area with bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is just around the corner. There's also a supermarket a few steps away. You can reach the old town in a few minutes by taking the bus or have a nice walk along the coast which will take about 30 minutes. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the appartment. The apparment has a huge balcony where you can have your morning coffee or use the grill in the evening. It's very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It's very bright and spacious. We really felt like home.

Ein tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer, das man in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreicht. Super ist auch, dass man ein Stand-up Paddle ausleihen kann. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und herzlich. Schade war, dass wir erst am Abreisetag erfahren haben, dass wir für die Hunde einen Aufpreis bezahlen müssen. Als wir gebucht haben, gab es darüber keine Information.

We had a great stay at Dinos. It was perfect for the 2 of us for a few days. It's in a quiet part of town and don't be put off by the outside areas. We felt safe. The flat was clean and tidy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The old town was 10mins walking distance away. The beach was a little further (20-25mins) fine if you like to walk and only about €5-6 in a uber. There were a few nice cafe bars and restaurants around which were very welcoming if you didnt fancy a walk into town on an evening. All in all a very pleasant stay and if we do return to Zadar we would be looking to book with Dino again. Added bonus he let us drop our bags with the cleaner after our early morning flight and then we could check in at 1pm. Thanks again.

Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub gehabt. Die gemeinsam mit unseren Nachbarn genutzte Terrasse hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer gegeben. Die großzügig geschnittene Wohnung hat uns gleich wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Und den linken Strand haben wir gern zum schnorcheln benutzt.

Logement très propre et fonctionnel. Martina est très réactive et présente si on a une question. Pour atteindre le vieux Zadar, les plages ou la gare routière, il faut compter 30-35 min de marche. La piscine est bien entretenue et il y a suffisamment de chaises longues pour s’y relaxer. Merci pour tout, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Studio ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben sich sehr viel mühe einen schönen Garten zu haben. Direkt vor der Tür ist ein Pool welcher Tagsüber zu jeder Zeit genutzt werden kann. Es sind Tische und Stüle draussen an welchen man essen kann. Alles war sehr Sauber und aufgeräumt. Zu Fuss zum stadtzentrum sind es 30min. Mit Bolt oder Uber pro weg ca 7€ (5min). Vielen Dank für alles.

Die Kommunikation mit Dina war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut und angenehm. Schnelle Antwort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann Dina, ihren Mann und das wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

Bereits im Vorfeld hatten wir uns bereits ausgetauscht. Auf meine Fragen wurde prompt und freundlichst reagiert. Das Haus war sehr leicht zu finden und wir wurden von Luka und seiner Frau herzlich empfangen, die uns das gesamte Haus und Anwesen zeigten. Fürs technische gabs eine kleine Einweisung. Meine Frau wurde zudem mit einer Flasche Wein, Torte und Jause überrascht, da sie am Anreisetag Geburtstag hatte. Es ist alles wie beschrieben und äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt wünscht. Sweet Spot schöne Außenbereich mit den großen Pool, am Abend schön mit Beleuchtung. Auch die Lage ist Vorteilhaft, da Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar sind. Ich kann alle anderen Bewertungen zu 100% bestätigen und bedanke mich herzlich für die schönen Tage!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Bibinje. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Bäckerei und Restaurants sowie Souvenir Läden befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Blick vom Balkon ist sehr schön! Jedes Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage. Nach Zadar ist es nicht weit. Am Pool sind liegen, allerdings keine Sonnenschirme. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Lorena's houses are AMAZING. We had a trip for 5 days with 2 kids under 2. Two separated rooms was perfect for us. Houses are geniously equipped, you will find there everything whats needed. The dishwasher and laundry is an additional detail which was very good to have. Houses are perfectly located, nearby the centre and bus station (where you can go eg to Split or Krka national park). Close you will also have a supermarket where you can buy totally everything. Definitely we will recommend this place to friends and maybe go back to Zadar again in the future.

Magdalena & her husband were such fantastic hosts and very quick to respond and support us with anything we needed. The apartment is fantastic and we felt it was even bigger and better than in the pictures. There are three good size double bedrooms and one has a great en-suite. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and relax (as long as you bring insect repellent in the evenings!). The pool is a perfect temperature and has plenty of sun-loungers. They have the best BBQ of any AirBnb we have ever stayed in, so if you like to cook outdoors then you won't be disappointed. The property is close to several lovely beaches and you can be in Zadar old town within 30-minutes plus it's also a good starting point for visiting the island of Pag. The small local supermarkets are very expensive so I would suggest doing a big shop at the Interspar in Zadar before arriving as we found it to be about 20% cheaper. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Magdalena's place.

Die Unterkunft wird von einer sehr netten Familie geführt und befindet sich auf einem Bergrücken mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf Novigrad, auf das Meer und die dahinterliegenden Berge. Der Pool ist beheizt und hat eine sehr schöne, schattenspendende Terasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick. In der Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt einen schönen kleinen Balkon, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eine Klimaanlage sowie Fenster-/Türläden bieten die Möglichkeit die Räumlichkeiten bei warmem Wetter zu lüften bzw. herunterzukühlen. Das Fahrzeug kann ideal im Innenhof geparkt werden. Eine Dusche am Pool ermöglicht, dass man sich vor/nach dem Baden abwaschen kann. Ein Poolhaus ermöglicht es, sich vor Ort etwas zu kochen oder Getränke zu kühlen. Novigrad, Zadar und der Zrmanja Canyon sind sehr gut zu erreichen, genauso wie einige Supermärkte rund um die See. Es ist ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt! Danke an die sehr freundlichen Eigentümer - Wir kommen zurück!
