This modern luxury villa has an amazing sea view and a 10,5x4m heated swimming pool with built-in jacuzzi. Located 17 km from historical city of Zadar, it has two floors, each with two bedrooms, modern kitchen and cozy living room with a large terrace in front of the sea and quiet surroundings. Every room has a modern TV and AC unit and the house has beautiful garden and 600 sq/m of open space.
