Holiday home rentals in Livorno

Die Unterkunft war super! Loredana und Letizia haben uns sehr freudlich empfangen und waren bei Fragen gut erreichbar. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Ausblick ins Tal und die Ruhe sind besonders hervorzuheben. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man brauchte und noch viel mehr, es war angenehm kühl trotz +30 draußen. Wir haben Glühwürmchen gesehen und konnten den Abend auf der Terasse ausklingen lassen. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu sehen. Wir waren in der Tropfsteinhöhle, Monte Montana und Pisa. Auch die Strände in der Gegend sind super und abends lässt es sich gemütlich auf der Promenade spazieren gehen. Bis zum Strand sind es 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig, aber nicht teuer. Wir empfehlen die Gegend, das feine Dorf Pedona und die Unterkunft bei Loredana und Letizia! Vielen Dank für die schöne Wohnung.

Claudio and Maria Grazia are excellent hosts, we were made to feel welcome from the start. The home is spotlessly clean and has everything you need to feel right at home. The location is great for a base to travel to nearby Lucca and further afield to Florence, Bologna and so many other areas if you have a car. Equally if you want to have a quiet week by the pool there are a couple of good restaurants nearby within walking distance. It makes for a magical walk home with the way lit by fireflies. We had a wonderful stay here and are looking forward to returning. Thank you to Maria Grazia and Claudio for a wonderful holiday!

Francesca was vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ze ging met ons naar het ziekenhuis en de apotheek toen dat nodig was.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Serena. Der riesige Garten rund um die Villa, die Aussicht, es war noch schöner, als wir es auf den Fotos erahnt hatten. Wir hatten ein Appartment mit Gartenzugang im Anbau und das ist perfekt für Familien - unser Kind (und die Kinder der Nachbarn) könnten über die Wiese rennen und wir entspannt auf der Terrasse sitzen. Und der Pool ist natürlich auch ein Highlight für die Kids. Der Dorfkern von Guardistallo ist bezaubernd, ein paar tolle Restaurants, Bars und eben so, wie man sich ein kleines, historisches Dorf in der Toskana vorstellt - und mit wenigen Schritten von der Unterkunft zu erreichen. Will man die Gegend erkunden braucht man am besten ein Auto - dann kann man in viele weitere schöne Dörfer und zum Meer fahren. Und zu guter letzt ist Serena eine tolle, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar ist. Vielleicht reihen wir uns ein in die Riege der Stammmgäste.

Très belle maison et magnifique jardin , Très adaptée pour se retrouver en famille . Très proche du centre avec commerces à Proximité . Valeria est très accueillante et charmante . Merci pour ce bon séjour !

Wir haben 2 Wochen die Ferienwohnung gebucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Sie ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Massimo è stato molto gentile, venendoci anche incontro sull’orario del check-in, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili sulla casa e sulla zona, ed è rimasto sempre disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio e necessità. La casa è molto carina, pulita, arredata con cuore. Ha una cucina nuova con tutto il necessario di base, forno e lavastoviglie, e Massimo ci ha fornito anche il seggiolone per mia figlia. Il letto molto comodo, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Sala con grande tv e wi-fi. Il piccolo cortile esclusivo è molto bello. La zona è tranquilla e comoda al mare e ai servizi

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einem alten Haus, alles stimmig, wir fühlten uns untergebracht als seien wir Bewohner des Dorfes. wunderschön authentisch der Ziegelfußboden, die landestypische Decke, die Natursteinwände, der Eingang. Märchenhaft die Ausblicke ins Tal, unglaublich die Ruhe. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die quasi autofreie Lage, das anscheinend gut funktionierende Dorf mit allem, was man braucht. Parken geht gut in fussläufiger Nähe im Dorf. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Tina was a wonderful and gracious hostess. She made sure all things were communicated before and during our stay. Her lovely home had all the amenities needed and was a perfect space for our family of five as we explored Florence, Pisa and Cinque Terre. I only wished we'd had more time so our son could have enjoyed the pool more than a quick swim the first evening. We also really enjoyed the Burger restaurant right up the road for a convenient meal with a casual atmosphere and good food.

Giacomo è un host davvero disponibile, che si è adattato ai miei imprevisti e si è posto in modo cordiale e gentile! L'alloggio era pulitissimo e ordinato, tornerò sicuramente 😊

siamo stati 4 giorni ed è stato un gran dispiacere dover partire. La casa è bellissima, il giardino stupendo e abbiamo avuto anche in dotazione le biciclette. c'è tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno.. la cucina ha pentole,piatti, bicchieri, piastra induzione e tutte le posate necessarie.. i bagni sono piccolini ma completi di tutto. la zona è ben fornita e vicino c'è il bar del grillo che a primo impatto non sembra un granché ma invece i gestori sono gentilissimi e fanno ottimi cappuccini caffè e dolci per la colazione. Con la bici si raggiunge tranquillamente Forte dei Marmi e altre località di mare.. In auto si arriva facilmente a Lucca e Pisa. I paesini vicini sono tutti molto belli (Pietrasanta, Viareggio..). Consigliatissimo

Federico very great landlord, communication was great he provided all information clearly. We also got a garage for a car. Apartments were very clean and fresh. All rooms have AC and also great that there was a balcony. Airport is 1,5km and Pisa center 5 min. Will come back next time to his place.

This place was pure heaven to us. It is a very beautifully restored old windmill and you can clearly see the love that was put into this place. We stayed here in the first weeks of august, so temperatures were quite high. However, because the house is located in a deep valley there is quite some shade, and for the warmest moment you can cool of in the creek that runs by the house. The surroundings were very lush and green. This was also a great place for our kids to play and explore. The nearby village Castiglione di Garfagnana is a great town to get coffee, have lunch or dinner. Very family oriented, and it feels very much alive with locals coming together in the evening to talk. All in all, we felt very much at home and hope we can comeback soon again!

Nous venons de passer un magnifique séjour de 3 semaines en famille. Très belles vacances chez Claudio et son épouse. Hôtes serviables, accueillants, disponibles...tout en discrétion. 👍 Logement très propre et confortable. Le logement et ses extérieurs permettent de passer des vacances très agréables. La piscine et la climatisation dans tout le logement offre un confort idéal pour profiter du soleil sans souffrir de la chaleur 😊 La localisation permet de visiter, en voiture, beaucoup de sites Toscans et d'apprécier cette belle région. Et Claudio se fait un plaisir de donner les bons plans, les bonnes adresses...pour qu'on garde des souvenirs inoubliables 😊 Nous reviendrons sans hésiter 😃

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unserer kleinen Tochter in dieser Unterkunft. Gilda hat uns persönlich begrüßt. On top gab es selbstgemachtees Brot und Kuchen, wirklich sehr lecker. In der Unterkunft ist alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Auch der Hochstuhl für Kinder war für uns besonders praktisch. Der zauberhafte Garten lädt zum entspannen ein - ein Traum.

Luca ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er hat sich größte Mühe gegeben, dass wir uns wohlfühlen ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Die Unterkunft ist mitten im ruhigen Dorf gelegen. Das nötigste kann in den lokalen Geschäften besorgt werden. Luca hat hier immer tolle Tipps. Die Fotos entsprechen auch der Realität: im großen und ganzen kann ich Luca nur wärmsten empfehlen.

Gioia’s little piece of Tuscan paradise exceeded all expectations. The apartment was lovely, the scenery gorgeous and the pool perfect for lounging amongst the lavender and olive trees, not to mention hanging out with Wolfy. Do not miss an opportunity to take the pasta making class with Graziella as she helped us craft one of the best Italian meals we’ve had! This was one of the highlights of our weeks in Europe and we can’t wait to return.

Die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr herzliche Person. Sie hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Auch bei Restaurant Empfehlung war Sie sehr hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen.

Perfect place to stay! Great accomodation!

Liebe Anna-Lisa und lieber Marcello, wir hatten eine ganz fantastische Zeit in eurem schönen Haus, das wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Das Haus wurde liebevoll renoviert, ist angenehm kühl und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vor dem Haus ist ein riesiger Garten, in dem Kinder sich toll austoben können. Es gibt auch einen überdachten Bereich mit Tisch und Stühlen. Das Haus ist ideal gelegen für sämtliche Ausflüge, ob zum Strand, in schöne kleine Dörfer und natürlich in die tolle Altstadt von Lucca. Anna-Lisa hat uns im Vorfeld super Tipps zum erkunden der Umgebung gegeben. Hervorzuheben ist die große Hilfsbereitschaft von Anna-Lisa, die immer sehr gut erreichbar war und uns bei sämtlichen Fragen oder auch schwierigen Situationen, wie z.B. einem Krankenhausaufenthalt, geholfen hat. Ein großes Dankeschön für eure tolle Gastfreundschaft und euer köstliches Olivenöl! Grazie mille! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wundervolle Unterkunft mit jeglichen Möglichkeiten. Von eigens gestalteter Selbstversorgung bis hin zur Buchungsmöglichkeit aller Services für die Rundum-Versorgung. Alles vorhanden was man für einen sehr guten Entspannungsurlaub benötigt. Wir werden nochmal vorbeikommen.

Tökéletes szálláshely, minden a leírásnak megfelelt. Szinte új minden berendezés, makulátlanul tiszta volt minden. Szép, jól felszerelt, igényes ház. A házigazda segítőkész és kedves volt.

The place is an absolute find! The house is huge with beautiful spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy . Sherif who looks over the house , welcomed us on arrival , showed us around and was present on the grounds so could help with any issues that arise . The grounds are stunning and idyllic giving you the peace and views of Tuscany . It was perfect for a family vacay with three young kids and parents . We did day trips to Pisa ( 10 min ) and Luca ( 30min) with cars we rented . All straight forward drives . My friends and family are all wanting to book to come !

It has been our second time at this place and it was perfect as always. The property is beautiful as is the cottage and we enjoyed our stay very much. Kata has been very helpful and always responded quickly. We love this area as the Tuscans are super relaxed, very friendly and welcoming.
