Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Livermore

Unfortunately the trip started off shaky! The lock did not work and we were stuck hanging out in our cars for a bit. When David did get back to us, he was extremely apologetic. Sent someone over right away. Found out it was the battery for the lock that had died. Fix it, and rest of stay was fantastic. He took responsibility and gave us a partial refund. Very upstanding owner. Would definitely recommend and come back.

My friend and I needed a night to escape traffic & the busy life. We had such a great experience here! It's in a great location, walking distance to the river. Super close to the covered bridge and waterfall. The rooms are clean and adorable, the yard is comfortable and the hot tub was perfection! We will be here again!

The hosts were amazing and very reachable with any questions, the house was exactly what was described in the listing. Would love to stay there again.

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

Charlie was great. The piece of land here is beautiful and we enjoyed the scenery greatly. Stargazing from the hot tub was a highlight. Also, the couch in the living room is big and comfy.

This is a great place up in the white mountains, we were able to enjoy nature and the amenities of town. beautiful place. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great stay so homey and comfortable has everything we needed staying with two little girls ! Having laundry and kitchen made everything so convenient ! Close to so many things to do was the best vacation we’ve been on would definitely love to come back . Clean and organized everything was easy to find ! Great amenities pool ect !

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. We had a fantastic time at Lauren and Pat's lodge! It was very cozy, clean, and well equipped (sheets, towels, beautiful updated kitchen with a good amount of kitchen ware) - the perfect landing spot for our chill girls' weekend. It's situated in a peaceful woodsy area with lots of windows that let in natural light, but it's also conveniently located fairly close to various activities, groceries, etc. Would definitely recommend!

A wonderful weekend getaway! My husband and I stayed at Sophia’s place this past weekend after our wedding and it was exactly what we were hoping for. During our wedding we opted to exchange vows privately, but we didn’t end up reading them to each other until the following day after we had arrived. Who else can say that they exchanged vows while sitting by a cozy fire making s’mores?! Sophia’s home will hold a special place in our hearts. This place was absolutely amazing – clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly want for a perfect vacation. The fireplace, jacuzzi, spacious kitchen, bunk bed for kids, and outdoor games were all fantastic! The highlight is definitely the location, nestled near the beautiful White Mountains region. I’d love to come back, and next time, I’ll bring my family. This trip with friends was unforgettable!

We had an amazing stay at the cabin! Carly gave a great list of recommendations and was very responsive. There was so much to do in the area to keep us busy we didn’t turn the tv on for the entire week. The area was peaceful and private, the view beautiful, and the hot tub was a plus. We also enjoyed all the games available for us to play! We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This is a delightful little cottage on the Saco river. It is well kept, clean, and fairly secluded. It has has updated appliances, including a wood-fired pizza oven (with wood provided) and a wood-fired sauna, which were both perks. The river is just on the other side of the dirt road with a makeshift set of rocks for climbing down the bank. We stayed in mid June and the kids played in the river. Our seven year old was able to climb all around the rocks, but our four year old was stuck playing on the bank because the water was moving too fast. At night we were able to open the windows with screens and listen to the sound of the rushing water. It was really nice. This place is definitely a five-star, especially if you are traveling with a pet. The only two things that were bummers for us were the prodigious number of mosquitos and gnats (not much that can be done about that) and the lack of window treatments. Several people drove past slowly and looked in, which was annoying.
