This place has everything you could want for a beach trip. A wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and even beach towels. The 4 block walk to the beach is easy but the golf cart made it much more fun. Public beach access with golf cart parking available on 17th and 21st. If you don’t like the sand, the pool and hot tub are enough. Even board games for rainy days. The only thing that could make this house any better is if it were oceanfront. Thanks again for the nice house to make more memories together.

The condo was nice and clean. Location was close to many things including the beach.

Beautiful space, nice and cool in the hot temps. Easy to get around and tons of things to do in the area. Lots of beach toys and stuff for the kids.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a full month and absolutely loved it. The space had everything we needed for our long stay, and the location was incredible — safe, quiet, walkable, and full of amenities. With pickleball/tennis courts, the beach, pools, and the gym, we always had something to do. The hosts provided a TON of recommendations, which were greatly appreciated, plus beach chairs, a beach umbrella & two beach towels. We will definitely be back.

Could not have asked for a better vacation and Dare 2 Dream was certainly part of the reason! The family was able to just relax and enjoy the beach and the house. We used to stay in the towers, but with this house the walk to the resort pool and beach probably took less time than waiting for the elevators in the towers. We also enjoyed the private pool to avoid the large crowds at the resort pool at times. Great spot with water inlet and ocean views! Can’t wait to come back and book again! Thank you!

Wow! Mark was an amazing host for us and the house was absolutely perfect for our family of five! The heated pool was the best for our family, as well as the quick walk to resort and beach. This house is absolutely gorgeous and we were comfortable and felt right at home. The house had everything we needed and then some, for example, we used the beach chairs and convenient trolly for the chairs and bags that we used to bring stuff to the beach on. 100/10, I can’t say enough great things!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! Being right on the river with the ocean just across the street made for an unforgettable experience. The location was peaceful, beautiful, and exactly what we needed. We had everything we needed and more—already planning to return. Highly recommend!

Jackie's place was really great overall! Beautiful 1st floor overlooking the ocean and everything we needed to cook breakfast at home and a storage unit downstairs where there were chairs and toys for the kids. We did have an issue with the shower faucet in one of the bathrooms but we told Jackie and he came right out to check it and try to fix it. The kids also noticed some little black hairs (looked like dog hair) on the white comforter in the 2nd bedroom so might just need to be cleaned a bit better. There was also some banging coming from the pipes in the wall near the master bedroom/bathroom which we informed the owners about and they were going to contact the HOA. Overall, a great stay and a great location. A relaxing getaway!

It was easy to find, and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood that felt both safe and welcoming. One of the best parts was how walkable the location is—just a short stroll to great shops, restaurants, and cafés. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. My friends and I came to Myrtle Beach for the WOJ conference and stayed at Brittany’s place. The home was amazing! Beautiful, super clean, and it had everything we could need, including an elevator to take up all of our luggage! Brittany was very friendly and responsive to questions. We had a very relaxing stay and hope to book the home again for next years’ conference.

I really appreciated the stay everything was very neat and the house was very organized I really wish we could possibly rent this property again maybe next year for our family vacation if u would like. Also if u have any other properties that possibly has a pool would be great.I love the fact that u was very quick with responding. Can't wait to see your review for me

My Wife and I recently stayed 4 weeks in this beautiful home. The other positive reviews are very accurate. The house was spotless and had the best of everything. The King Size bed was extremely comfortable. The large Kitchen has everything that you need for cooking. It was just like being at home :) We loved the private back yard to sit and relax enjoying the afternoon sun. Having our own BBQ was a big bonus. The neighbors are very friendly. It was a pleasure having Robin as the Host. We stayed at a different location last year and while we were out walking one day, we saw that this house was available to rent. I called Robin and she took us on a tour of the house. We loved it and booked it for spring 2025. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. We have been visiting the Myrtle Beach Area for many years and this was by far the best rental. Thank you Robin. Barry and Nancy, Canada.

Our stay was fantastic. Brian was great at communication and assisting us when needed. The home is beautiful and a great location with all the amenities that you need. I would definitely stay at his property in the future and highly recommend his property for a stay at Sunset Beach.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. First, the space was immaculate — spotless in every room and cleaner than most high-end hotels I’ve stayed in. It was also much larger than the photos suggested, with an open, airy layout that made it incredibly comfortable. The furniture was cozy and high-quality, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Leonard’s place was everything we were looking forward to, entering this home felt warm and inviting!! The VIEWS!!! Hanging out on the patio to the bedroom was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for more… the most beautiful sunrises we’ve seen in a long while! 10/10 recommend!!!
