Holiday rentals with a kayak in Little Gasparilla Island

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Maja's place. This was our third time visiting the area and by far the nicest place we've stayed in yet. The house itself was just as advertised. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with a private backyard, and the inside was spotless, modern, roomy and loaded with everything you need. The outside area was just as nice. Great oversized pool area, with plenty of seating options for lounging by (or in) the pool, or dining outside. The garage was well-stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and even bikes for riding in the neighborhood and on the miles of bike trails that were just around the corner and ran behind the house. The house was also in a great location, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and the beautiful beaches of Boca Grande and Manasota Key just a short drive away. Would definitely recommend Maja's place to anyone looking for a beautifully maintained home in a convenient location, and would absolutely book here again.

The house was beautiful and had a great layout! Everything you may need was available. I am a bit of a neat freak and had no worries walking into this house. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all!! Terry was very helpful with all instructions and recommendations. You definitely don’t want to miss this diamond in the rough!!

Troy's home was comfortable and clean. The best part of the home was the numerous amenities available with the rental. Troy had bikes, kayaks, and the best pool. We had a wonderful time in Punta Gorda and would be happy to stay again when we return to town.

Mindy was amazing and extremely helpful- quick to respond to messages and she provided her phone number so that we could call about anything. We had a wonderful visit at this beautiful home sitting on the canal. This home is close to all of the beaches that we wanted to explore - within a 25 to 30 minute drive - which wasn’t bad for us. The pool was so magical overlooking the canal with spectacular sunsets! Early morning coffee on the dock was just what the doctor ordered for a peaceful start to each day. Bikes were such an extra perk. I was able to ride down to the country club every evening (it is open to the public) and enjoy evening concerts outside when they had them. Perfect for little tots. Very accommodating regarding high chairs and crib. Overall our family had a magnificent time and made memories to last a lifetime! Thank you ‘Mindy! 😊

Absolutely one of the best spots we’ve ever stayed & we love taking trips! The beautiful pool, where the kids played endlessly. The dock was amazing, we caught tarpon, Goliath groupers, mangrove snapper and more !! The house was in perfect condition! Every kitchen utensils you could imagine in the kitchen. The outside grill was great to cook by the pool. The beds were so comfortable! The list goes on and on. How can I forgot all the toys! Kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat, bikes, chairs, everything you could imagine all available for you to use. You really don’t even need to go anywhere! The house already had seasoning, some stuff in pantry, bug spray, and other items that made it very convenient. There are heavy bugs like mosquitoes but with the but spray they didn’t bother us at all! We are planning a trip back! Absolutely the best ! Thank you so much.

Wonderful stay! Clean and functional, everything we needed was provided, from games to towels to umbrellas to chairs. Pool was wonderful, golf carts were great, house was very nice, beds were comfortable, outdoor living spaces were perfect. The on-island property manager was super responsive and helpful. We loved everything about our stay and we hope to stay again someday!

Great stay! The house was very comfortable and livable and the outdoor space especially was large enough that our family could hang out altogether and not feel crowded. And really appreciated Brianna‘s communication! Always helpful and responded quickly.

Amy is a terrific host and always on hand with local suggestions, additionally to the comprehensive package at the property. The property itself is in an amazing location, with just a 60 second walk to the beach and bath like sea! To help, Amy provides all the kit needed for the beach with chairs, parasols and towels easily to hand. The kitchen is great with all cooking implements you need and the living room has a massive TV with all the required streaming services logged in. I would definitely recommend Amy as a host!

This is a beautiful home. Well appointed and well maintained. Everything was spotless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The host thought of almost everything. Kayaks, bicycles, pool towels, etc. My only recommendations for improvement would be facial tissues and fans for sleeping. That’s it! That’s all I could think of.

This was such a pleasant surprise! The property was brand new and offered every amenity we could want. ( loved the USB outlets strategically placed, well done and often not seen) The neighborhood was quiet and it really was a short walk to the beach, made easy with the available beach cart. This may be my first ever review after all my stays at airbnb's as it certainly deserves it. Jenn & Eddie were easy to communicate with and the vibe all around was fantastic. Thank you & we will be back!

Wow! We loved this house. Great outdoor seating, loved watching the boats come and go. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Great flat grill for dinners at home. Good restaurant options in the area. Cape Coral is close to so much, but away from traffic. Loads of windows and natural light. Very clean. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the house and how convenient it is to everything. The house had all the things you needed for cooking, towels, bedding, and beach equipment. Ryan gave us two golf carts to use, one of which was at the docks waiting for us. The beach is maybe a 30 second ride from the house. The only complaint I have is maybe update the pillows, they are getting flat.

An absolute beautiful home! Kayaking on the lake was definitely a core memory for the kids. Having a ping pong table in the garage was a real life saver for us since it rained nearly everyday we were there. Sometimes the rain would stop at night which was wonderful because then we got to enjoy the hot tube. The only things that could use improvement are the primary bedroom curtains and better pillows other than that this home is absolutely perfect!

This was great for a long weekend. It was set up as two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, was very close to restaurants and had a great porch to sit and relax while watching boats go down the canal. The host responded quickly with any questions that I had and was very easy to communicate with.

My wife and I decided to do a getaway to Englewood for a long weekend and decided on this property after seeing the photos. The property is like new and is actually nicer than the photos. The back yard area is semiprivate and a wonderful place to relax. The interior of the unit appears to be recently remodeled, and the finishes are superb. We had an incredibly relaxing time. The location is perfect and only 2 blocks from a beach access. It's close to the bridge which is convenient for a quick trip to the Publix or Walmart. We also loved the Englewood and Manasota key area. It's very quiet and the beaches are not as crowded as we have seen in other Florida towns. The island has a local beach town feel with just a few restaurants and bars that are reasonably prices and not overly crowded. We took a drive down to see the lighthouses in Boca Grande which was about 35 minute drive and we recommend this as a good day trip.

Awesome and fun place to stay, especially if you're big into bikes or drag racing! Would recommend!

We loved it but next time we would rent a car, no little shops other than Walmart to shop in and for us the beach was to far away to walk or ride a bike,we could have done Uber but renting a car would be our preference, Tim’s place is a perfect, clean , cozy ,the bed was very comfortable! Perfect place to stay in ! We would book again ! Thank you Tim ! I am glad my son found your place for us!!! The Mexican spot across the street was the best Mexican food we have ever had! Also our friends we wanted to see were right around the corner so that was perfect!

Great stay! Very spacious. Fresh eggs were a nice touch.

Marc and Meagan were great hosts and very friendly! We loved our studio and the surrounding property was beautiful. I would definately stay here again
