Cottage holiday rentals in Little Gasparilla Island

Wow! We loved this house. Great outdoor seating, loved watching the boats come and go. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Great flat grill for dinners at home. Good restaurant options in the area. Cape Coral is close to so much, but away from traffic. Loads of windows and natural light. Very clean. Highly recommend.

The place was very clean, and everything that required was provided. It was in a park setting, which suited us just fine.

We spent a great two months in this newly renovated home. It has everything you need from kitchen utensils, towels, bedding, comfortable furniture, washer/dryer, and large screen smart tv. It is very close to the beaches of Ft. Myers and Sanibel. Perfect for a relaxing SW Florida vacation!

This was a beautiful, peaceful cottage! It was exactly as described and portrayed in photos. Impeccably clean with so many extra amenities it felt like a concierge-level hotel stay. The couch and bed were both very comfortable, the hot tub clean and private, and the front porch swing a cozy place to enjoy the garden and birds. Good location if you plan to visit the Edison and Ford Estate. Close to downtown restaurants (walking distance, but I did wish I'd brought my bike instead). Nice walk to park on the river.

Clean, comfortable unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom had a generous supply of plush towels. Danil and David were great to work with. I would return again.

The Pink Pineapple Cottage was exactly as the listing described. It is such a cute little cottage. It was perfect for my husband and me. It was a short drive to Nokomis Beach and North Jetty Beach. It was less than a half an hour drive to Siesta Key and Manasota Key beaches. It is a nice quiet and private area. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. If we visit this area again, this would be our first choice.

I stayed to be near heritage oaks assited living. It was perfect. flexible. comfortable. clean accommodations for my needs. Angelika was great. Friendly and helpful.

Michele’s place was the perfect place for my husband and myself. The house was very clean and comfortable. We brought our boat and rented Michele’s golf cart. Michele’s instructions for docking our boat and using the cart was helpful and precise. Michele was very flexible and gracious when we asked to arrive a day earlier. We very much enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again and recommend her place to others.

Lisa helped resolve minor issues beyond her control and her place is amazing. Highly recommend!!

The unit was located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Parking was right in front. Lots of pretty trees. Interior was nicely decorated with everything you could need including a hair dryer & coffee maker. Bed & couch were comfy. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sara’s charming cottage. The house was spotless and incredibly peaceful, providing the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. The beautiful pond on the property was a highlight—ideal for relaxing and fishing, which we thoroughly enjoyed. My son did not want to leave. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring restful nights after our day outdoors. Sara was an amazing host—always responsive, friendly, and attentive to our needs. We also loved having a barbecue outside the cottage while enjoying the nature. Overall, this cottage is a true gem. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway with great amenities and a fantastic host. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautiful home. Well appointed and well maintained. Everything was spotless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The host thought of almost everything. Kayaks, bicycles, pool towels, etc. My only recommendations for improvement would be facial tissues and fans for sleeping. That’s it! That’s all I could think of.

This was such a pleasant surprise! The property was brand new and offered every amenity we could want. ( loved the USB outlets strategically placed, well done and often not seen) The neighborhood was quiet and it really was a short walk to the beach, made easy with the available beach cart. This may be my first ever review after all my stays at airbnb's as it certainly deserves it. Jenn & Eddie were easy to communicate with and the vibe all around was fantastic. Great place located within walking distance of Nokomis beach and beach bars/restaurants. Few minutes drive to Venice for numerous other food options, along with fast food on the main road nearby. Very peaceful location.

Clean, new cottage. Looks just like pics. Almost like having your own little house with private driveway. Very clean. Loved that they had small standing floor fans in bedrooms. (Need the noise). Very private and secure upscale neighborhood. Has a notebook or recommended activities, restaurants etc. Nice washer and dryer. Highly recommend staying here. Would stay again.

Chris and Iveta’s place was everything we could have hoped for.. it was extremely clean and the location was perfect. We brought our boat over and were able to leave it in the water right behind the house so we didn’t have to fight the traffic at the boat ramp. The house was beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable, we literally had everything we needed with no stress. The restaurants are wonderful and are very close to the house, or the house has a beautiful kitchen and a grill outside. I have stayed in Captivia in the past but I will definitely be coming back to stay here next time. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful home on the water I highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Magnolia cottage. Easy drive to the beach. Very clean, felt safe. It was nice that Karmen reached out to me to make sure we got checked in without any problem.

Friendly owners, private location and a clean place to stay. All you could really ask for. If ever in Fort Meyers again, I would certainly look to come here first.
