We loved our time in the flat! The beach was close, we had a lot of space and everything felt very cozy! We would definitely book this flat again! :)

We have stayed in over 30 Airbnb's and Vrbos, and this apartment is THE QUEEN of them all. It is more spectacular than even Adrien's description with 180-degree ocean and lighthouse views. The location is unbeatbale - many good restaurants within 1,000 yards and all of Biarritz right at your feet. The apartment is on the top floor; it is very spacious and totally equipped; entire place is immaculate; and it is quiet and very secure. Plus - - - Biarritz is a treasure trove of history, beauty, friendly people, and great food. The entire experience deserves a 100.00% rating. It is worth every Euro. We cannot wait to get back!

Very good stay in this large apartment with a view of the port! Quiet and well insulated residence. The two patios are really a plus to enjoy the view. You can go there without a second thought.

Nice simple apartment a stone's throw from the beach. It is not a luxury apartment, but the location is great. You can walk straight into the street with restaurants, shops and the beach. The apartment is small, with a small balcony overlooking the parking lot. It's all a bit old, but it's clean and the basic amenities are there. The bed is a bunk bed, which I can barely fit in at 1.92 meters. Furthermore, the cushions are very soft and thin. But if you take that into account and come for the beach and the sea, it is a good place for a good price.

Great stay in the Landes with beautiful scenery, cozy and comfortable apartment, close to the ocean and restaurants. There are even bikes available for guests to use. Friendly and responsive host. We'll be back with pleasure. Thank you!

Very cozy, modern and consistent in every way with the photos. The location is an asset, with the proximity of the lake, shops and the beach. Perfect bedding. And the best part, a garage with a very steep slope (be careful). Too bad the cleaning is extra, but especially very expensive. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Duncan was an incredibly responsive and friendly host. He gave us so many great recommendations about the city—where to go, what to see—and was always available to answer any questions, responding very quickly. The apartment itself is in an amazing location, so cozy and charming. The balcony alone is worth the stay—it’s simply an incredible spot to relax and take in the atmosphere. The apartment is in a fantastic location on the inner lake and right behind the sea, very popular with golf surfers. The view from the terrace is beautiful, even in cloudy weather, which we unfortunately had. The ambiance and the design of the location give a wonderful holiday feeling. The decoration of the apartment is functional with a beachy vibe and the beach, the tourist shops and restaurants are within walking distance. At the bottom of the apartment, the wooden decking path runs for hikers, which (before the busy holiday period) gives a cozy atmosphere. For dog owners, it is good to know that from 1 June, dogs are partly not allowed on the nearby beach (and most beaches there). To relax and enjoy the salty bliss, we can highly recommend this gem!

Very well located apartment, close to the beach, with all amenities within walking distance. Both terraces are very pleasant. The place is functional and quite charming. We spent 4 wonderful days there! Patricia is very clear in her explanations and advised us on good places. We'll be happy to go back. I really recommend it!

Lovely views of the bay and lighthouse from the various windows and balconies. Apartment was well laid out but toilet could do with a small sink in it. Oihan was very responsive to queries.

Very cozy accommodation in a small atypical Basque village, very clean accommodation, very quiet... accommodation very well equipped with appliances. Everything is available to spend a pleasant stay, covered terrace... Everything is well thought out for our dogs, fenced garden, hair blower and vacuum, bowl etc. made available to us. We had a very pleasant night, Fabrice gave us a very good welcome with advice and explanations about the surroundings. The accommodation is quiet even if it is close to the road and the hot tub is a real plus in the accommodation. Great for a relaxing time!

We had a great stay at Christophe and Estitxu's! The accommodation is functional, well-equipped and is very well located. The bedding is good quality and the balneo bathtub is a real plus.
