Holiday rentals with a pool in Lit-et-Mixe

Very good stay in the accommodation offered by Morgane, clear instructions, responsiveness and pleasant exchanges. I recommend it!

Our stay at Delphine's went very well, the hospitality is impeccable. Delphine made sure that we had everything we needed by being easily reachable by phone. The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and the living room is perfectly suited to a group of 8 people. Highly recommend this sweet spot. If we go back to Mimizan we'll come back here!

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of the bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good starting point to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

We (2 adults, 3 children aged 13, 12 and 9) had a great time in Guillaume's house. The furnishings of the house are very appealing. The pool is great and there is a large garden. Sometimes pheasants or deer pass by and we have discovered stag beetles. You need a car to go shopping or to the beach. It is a very calm, rural area. Just the right thing if you are looking for peace and relaxation. The beaches are easy to reach and very beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!

Very beautiful house lost in the pines. The facilities are generally very good. (Pool, beautiful kitchen, outdoor tables, plancha, etc.) I recommend it! Small downsides: - the house seems a little small for 13 people if you want to stay there constantly - the dependency felt very humid when we arrived Apart from these small details, the whole group had a great time in the house!

Very well located accommodation towards the south beach. We left the car in the garage throughout the stay. surf bikes and bakery just downstairs from the building ideal for 2 people very nice hospitality.

Perfect! Close to the ocean, the city and its restaurants. You can drop your car off in the private parking lot and do everything on foot. The accommodation is clean and faithful to the description. I recommend it!

Very convenient house, well-equipped and in a super quiet setting

Fantastic location, a great home for a large family. The pool and space was excellent. only criticism was the hot water for the showers doesn't last long if lots of people are staying. highly recommend the house and local area. contis beach is a must.

A great time with the family at Christophe and Isabelle's. Their home is suitable for moments for others. The environment is particularly quiet and their house very warm. Christophe and Nathalie were very responsive to our requests and it's very appreciated. In addition, the welcome with cold drinks in the fridge, bottles of wine and foie gras was perfect. Thank you so much for your kind attention. I would definitely recommend this place that matched our expectations in every way. Thank you again.

The property was wonderful and we had a fantastic stay. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable during our stay for a big wedding just down the road from the property. We were surprised at some extra costs (such as bedsheets, pillows and towels), though it was all explained, it is just not something we would normally see at an Airbnb in Canada. There was lots of good communication with the property manager though. We would highly recommend this vacation property if you are planning to stay in the Biscarrosse area!

Top house 👌 Perfect for a stay with friends and family! We recommend it. Feel free to bring your sheets because they are not provided (otherwise 10€/pers extra). Beautiful pool but not heated.
