Holiday rentals with a sauna in Lipno nad Vltavou

Nice and clean apartment to stay. We enjoyed our stay. 👍

We needed a place close to restaurants and easy access and Gabriela’s place was exactly like that. Gated parking provided security. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. We stayed a week and didn’t feel like we were away from home. Definitely we’ll try to book again next time when we are visiting the area. Thank you Gabriela

Our holiday was very nice, the view from the balcony is great, we loved the possibilities to use the pool, ping pong table and sauna. Board games or a PS complete the offer from time to time on a rainy day. The accommodation is almost accessible, modernly furnished and also very suitable for families (also with baby). The contact with the landlord was very friendly and accommodating. A very clear recommendation for this place! Gladly again!

Very nice, especially Hauzenberg has plenty to offer. A granite museum, granite quarries, restaurants, ice cream parlors, playgrounds, swimming lake and many opportunities to do sports. Directly at the apartment there is a nice pool, a sauna with indoor pool. All in all very nice and recommended.

Beautiful view from the balcony, clean space with everything that you need, smooth check-in and Teresa communicates very well, would definitely recommend!

We felt very comfortable. Everything sparkling clean! It was a real wow factor when we entered the apartment. We loved the communication and helpfulness. The location close to the lake is also nice. I don't know if it was in the description, but maybe good to know: There were only 2 double beds (beautiful with great views) and 1 single bed in one of the bedrooms in a niche. If you have clairvoyance, it's not so optimal. And then there was a kind of mattress storage with 4 mattresses directly on the floor upstairs, which can be reached via a quite steep staircase. OK for one night, otherwise rather unfavorable for adults. As a children's warehouse, it may be very fun and cozy. In any case, thank you for the wonderful short stay. Would definitely recommend.

It was a very nice apartment, we immediately felt at home. The arrival was great too. We will definitely come back.

Great location right on the lake with private lake access, jetty and loungers. Were traveling with a dog and that was a great fit. Nice and quiet!

Small but nice apartment, cozy, top equipped and really super clean. We were there as a family of 4 and absolutely satisfied. The apartment is in one of two well-kept '70s high-rise buildings, connected by a communal area (free of charge): table tennis, kicker, air hockey and swimming pool. Perfect for our boys!

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. The accommodation met our expectations. Spacious with a good roof terrace, almost all day with sun when it shines. Had an almost complete kitchen with a two-week stay. What we missed was an oven, the combination microwave was too small for 5 people. Kitchenware enough. Glad the bathroom has a shower and bathtub separately. In the master bedroom there is enough space for a cot that was also available. Not to mention a high chair. A nice arrival with a bottle of wine and nicely made beds. Outside a large lot where you can play in playground or football. The walkways were renovated at the time, not bothered by this.

We were there with a group of 10. The old building is simply wonderful and we enjoyed every day and especially the view. There are many different rooms, so there is plenty of space.

The place is very nice with a wonderful view of the lake. The communication with Miroslav went smoothly, questions were answered super quickly. All in all, a great place to stay with a very helpful host.

A great family vacation. The house is great. In the kitchen is everything that is needed. The beds freshly made, everything clean. The electrical appliances all work perfectly.

We spent a wonderful Christmas vacation at Daniela and Stefan's place (4 adults, 3 children). The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen utensils and other accessories are sufficiently available and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The cozy beds are worth mentioning, we slept wonderfully :-) A very nice gesture on arrival is the delicious cake and filled basket with all kinds of goodies. The hosts were very helpful, always available for questions, gave us good tips for excursions and helped us with Christmas shopping. The children were able to romp around in the snow right by the house (sled and bob are available) and the parents enjoyed the sauna. Towels and bathrobes are available. All in all, a perfect vacation. Daniela and Stefan's place is highly recommended.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

A really great and very clean accommodation. Everything has been thought of. For children, there were a lot of toys and many possibilities in the garden. A dream for families and all other vacationers. We highly recommend this place. A great host, who was always helpful, very friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay! We were incredibly kindly received by Anna and since we were there during the Christmas season, we even found a warm Nikolaus. The house is just perfect - so richly decorated - we didn't lack anything. In the kitchen there was everything we made to cook, super cozy beds and at the spa area we did not get out of wonder. We could easily use the hot tub in December, despite the snow it was nice and warm. The house is beautifully secluded, you have your peace and quiet and can perfectly switch off from the stressful everyday work. If you are in the mood for a forest walk, you only need to take 3 meters out the door and is already in the middle of the action - really fantastic. We thank the hosts for this perfect stay and will be happy to come back! ☺️
