Welcome to our cottage in Outokumpu Nieminoka. The cottage is located on the shore of a small lake of Valkeinen, there are no other cottages on the lake. You'll have access to a rowing boat. The cottage is not for those looking for luxury, but for those who enjoy berry picking, mushroom picking and fishing. The cottage has a solar-powered refrigerator and a phone charger. There is a gas grill and stove for cooking, as well as a wood stove. There is also a cellar for food storage. Drinking water must be brought with you. The tenant will clean the cabin when they leave.

Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. A two-bedroom house (75 m2) 60 metres from the lake and a sauna cottage 20 metres from the shore of lake Viinijärvi, in Polvijärvi, in very beautiful surroundings, 25 minutes by car from the centre of Joensuu. The house is well equipped and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has a dishwasher and TV. The bathroom also contains an infrared sauna, but there is also a wood heated sauna by the lake. The price contains bed linen, towels ,coffee, tea, oil etc.

Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Although a small, stylish sauna is part of our inhabited courtyard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat and SUP board available. Bring your own linens and towels. However, if needed, linens will be arranged from the home you stay in.

The property has everything you need for a pleasant stay Two 160 cm wide Yankee beds ensure a good night's sleep. Nearby you will find great places for outdoor activities (Utranharjut), a disc golf course and Utransaaret with fireplaces. The kitchen has the basic necessities for cooking/grilling.
