Situé sur une colline avec vue quasi 360 ° sur la mer, la montagne, les environs. Ici vous êtes tranquille et vivre la dolce vita. Les prochains voisins sont à plus d'1 km. La maison est entourée d'oliviers, arbustes d'oliviers, d'alovera, laurier-roses, lentisco....et les fameux petits murets en pierres.

We stayed at Elisabetta's place with our two small children. We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need. Elisabetta and her family were great - warm and hospitable. Communication went well and fast. The location of the apartment is beautifully situated and quiet. The apartment and the house have a nice flair and a nice and cozy terrace. You definitely need a car. With this, however, everything (beautiful beaches, shopping areas, restaurants) is very easy and quick to reach. The connection to Olbia Airport is great. It took us a maximum of 30 minutes. Always happy to stay with Elisabetta :-)

We had a great time at Caterina's. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The view of the countryside was very calming. Budoni beach can be reached in a few minutes by car (dogs allowed).

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Sardinia. The location is perfect – right between the center of Budoni and the beautiful Salamandra beach. Just a few steps from the apartment there’s a bakery run by a lovely lady and a grocery store – incredibly convenient! The apartment itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. It’s spacious enough for a family of four, but for the two of us it was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. Marina was incredibly welcoming and helpful – she greeted us with open arms and gave us great tips on what to do in this part of the island. Communication was smooth, and both check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We’d love to come back in a few years, highly recommended 😊

We had a lovely week here. The highlight is clearly the large garden with plenty of space, sun, shade, barbecue and absolute tranquility - ideal for enjoying nature and privacy. The landlords live upstairs, but are very reserved and helpful if you need anything. The apartment itself is fine, but a little outdated. There were minor defects, but overall everything was still functional. If you don't expect luxury, but are looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, you will get good value for money here - so we can definitely recommend it!
