Holiday rentals with breakfast in Linn County

Fiona was a great host and her place was perfect for our family as they visited. It was walkable to our house and the neighborhood is both quaint and quiet. The comfortable furnishings and the abundance of sleeping space were great features. You should stay with at this place.

Katie’s place is very clean, spacious, quite and nice. I had a great time staying their and would stay again in a heartbeat. Hands down one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at and I travel a lot for work. Katie was very responsive and communicated well. Check in was a breeze, bed and pillows were comfy. If you decide to stay I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

This Airbnb was exactly what we needed for baseball. Easy and accommodating. Enjoyed the backyard at night! We didn’t do much local. But the drive to Dyersville wasn’t bad and I loved being away from the chaos in Debuque and Dyersville. We smelled farm things once or twice when the wind was blowing but it was just like home. Peaceful and quiet. Thank you!

The place was just right for us—clean, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful little town that we really enjoyed exploring. Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen was nicely equipped. We truly appreciated the thoughtful details like the snacks and how cozy everything felt. It was quiet, comfortable, and had a very welcoming vibe. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

Stacey was very friendly and communicated proactively from the moment I reserved her place. The location is great - walking distance to the sports complex and, weather permitting, to downtown IA City. House is extremely clean with all the amenities needed for a great visit. Stacey clearly puts forth an effort to ensure her guests enjoy the house.

We loved staying at Sevil's place. We arrived late and they were still welcoming. The house was immaculate and very pretty. Pictures don't do justice. We would love to stay there again!

Our stay in Shelley’s guesthouse was absolutely wonderful! The property and guesthouse was beautiful inside and out, clean, comfortable and quiet. Shelley and her husband make a delicious breakfast in the morning that is second to none. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone, so much more than expected and so much cozier than a hotel.

Through our own error, we entered the wrong address in our GPS system and ended up a block away from Kim in the dark. I texted Kim at 9:30 at night. She immediately responded and found us wandering around in town. Great service. Lovely place.

The room was beautiful, and the proximity to Cornell's campus and to downtown Mt Vernon was perfect. Kim had my room ready in advance of check-in time and generously let me "move in" early--a much-appreciated kindness. I'd love to stay here again and highly recommend the venue!

We enjoyed our stay in the Elisabeth suite. The guest and common spaces are cozy and inviting.
