The Ausadie is a gorgeous building, lovingly curated and maintained. You will enjoy the period furnishings and the witty touches in the decor along with all the sparkling clean, elegant modern conveniences you could want. The garden with its pool and ornamental pond is a beautiful place to wind down at the end of the day. I checked in tired and hungry from my flight and found cold water in the fridge and a little tray of snacks on the kitchen table. The bathroom was pristine and perfect for a refreshing shower or bath, the bed was a haven, and the sitting room was both roomy and cozy. Instructions on how to access and manage the apartment were crystal clear and simple to follow. I did not want for a single thing during my stay (or after, when the host helped me get to the airport). Highly recommended; I am already looking forward to visiting the Ausadie again!

Great place to stay. Perfect location for med ctr. Rooms well stocked and nicely appointed. Comfortable feel. Grounds done nicely with peaceful outdoor retreat. Richard and Tim were easy to contact and always quickly helpful.

Having grown up in Cedar Rapids, it was fun to stay here and see my hometown in a whole new light. It felt like a weekend away rather than just visiting home. The building is unique and beautiful. The area is very walkable and in the heart of downtown with lots to do. I felt safe the whole time. I loved the clean, cozy apartment. Richard and Tim really thought of a lot of details. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone that needs a place to stay in the area.

An incredible space for a long term stay in the area! Richard and Tim were always available to help with anything needed. Space was comfortable and has everything someone could need for a longer term stay. Definitely will be staying in the future when coming back to Cedar Rapids!

Could not have been more pleased with not only the cozy little spot blocks from Coe College but the hosts and their staff! While staying my 3 year old got sick sadly. First thing in the morning they were at my door to take the soiled linens, towels and provide fresh. They also happily remade the bed! Will most definitely be revisiting with a child going to Coe next year and this is top of the list! 💚💚

The place was great, with easy access to downtown and Midtown for lots to do and restaurants. The gym is well equipped and the laundry facilities were great. I would recommend this to anyone looking in this area.

Beautiful backyard on the pond with plenty of space for a large group if needed. Had everything we needed for the weekend

The accommodation was beautifully designed and very well equipped. We had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay.

Layne's house was exactly as described and what the pics showed. The house has all the necessary amenities and then some. WE (blaming my mother... LOL) had a glitch with the door and contacted Layne. He was quick to respond and correct the issue. The area is in a nice quiet neighborhood, which wasn't far from the museums and Downtown. We found several places to eat but if you get a chance, stop in Tornado's Grub & Pub for the BEST burgers! Me, my mom, sister, & sis-in-love took a girls trip to Iowa so I could check it off my bucket list (9 more states to go!!). We all agreed that Layne's A-Frame home was the perfect spot.

Blake was invaluable. He addressed every question I had. I am from Cleveland, and he even made an extra accommodation for me, which I won't mention, but it was incredibly helpful since I just purchased a house in the area.

You can stop searching, because you just found the perfect listing. Paul’s place was an absolute pleasure to stay at. It was convenient to get to from the freeway, yet still private and peaceful. The space was clean and temperature well regulated thanks in part to it being a daylight basement in newer construction. If/when I travel back through here, I will 100% be looking to stay here again.
