We loved Timothy's place! The home is super cozy and has everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed coffee on the front porch every morning. It was also really nice to be able to park our car in the spacious garage. We have family in the area, so we'll definitely be back this way soon, and we hope to be able to stay here again!

Perfect! The property was so beautiful - clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and with all the comforts of home! My family wanted to stay longer! Can’t think of a single way they could improve. You will love the open layout, comfy beds, updated bathrooms, bedroom fans, stocked kitchen, games, and more! Plus it is surrounded by lovely landscaping and a short walk to the playground. Close enough easy access, but far enough away to never hear a sound!

Brady was super accommodating and very easy to communicate with. The space was just as described and easy to stay in. Thanks again for the great experience!

We had a family reunion at this beautiful home and it was beyond amazing. The home is just so gorgeous and the grounds are stunning. We got to be there with the peony garden in bloom! What a treat. The host was very communicative and responsive. The place had everything we needed for our family gathering. We definitely hope to be able to stay again next year!

Our group stayed at the Technicolor Dream house for a wedding. It was cozy, inviting, and everything you could ask for in a home.

We did a 2 week trip with 4 Airbnbs. This one surpassed them all! Beautiful, clean, bright, free of clutter and had amenities that you didn’t know you needed. You can tell they thought of everything! This is a perfect home if you are visiting the area and looking for a great place to stay. Host was just as amazing!

We spent an entire month at this charming home and loved every minute of it! The house was spotlessly clean, exceptionally well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. The cozy sectional, in front of the large screen TV, was a delightful luxury that we now think we can’t live without. The bedding and mattresses were also incredibly comfortable —and will be sorely missed. For us, the location was ideal—close to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. The neighbors we met were friendly and went out of their way to be kind. This fantastic house, with its amazing hosts, is our new favorite place to stay in Cedar Rapids.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Kenneth and Cathy's two-bedroom home in Cedar Rapids this weekend! It was a quick trip to and from Iowa City for my brothers graduation ceremony. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, beginning with a wonderfully easy check-in and check-out process. The home itself was immaculate – spotlessly clean and exactly as depicted in the pictures. What truly stood out were the thoughtful amenities provided. It's clear that Kenneth and Cathy have put a lot of care into anticipating their guests' needs. As an example, I was so grateful to find a lint roller available when I needed one before heading out in a black sweater! It's those little touches that elevate a stay from good to exceptional. Overall, this home is a perfect 10/10. I wholeheartedly recommend Kenneth and Cathy's place to anyone visiting Cedar Rapids. You won't be disappointed!

A great place to stay in Cedar Rapids! Easy walking distance to Czech Village and Hy-Vee. There’s a hot plate, air fryer, fridge, freezer, and microwave for all your food needs. The towels in the bathroom are very fluffy, which was a nice perk. The place is easy to find, and parking was straightforward. Would absolutely recommend, and stay again!

I really enjoy staying here since it is spacious and has everything there that I need. Plus, it is right across from the beautiful Saint Francis Basilica. Karen is very helpful with any questions or requests. I will be back!

While I was staying here it was very nice and very clean. The surrounding area was beautiful and always felt safe. The place on the inside was super great very well decorated and very well kept up. So if you like authentic places this is the place for you. If I ever come into town again I will definitely book again.

Gloria's place stands out for me due to the well-equipped kitchen. It was a cut above most Airbnb kitchens. Overall, the place is very nice. There is plenty of room, it is quiet, and the location is convenient.

Lovely space in a GREAT location. We appreciated the space to spread out and plenty of sleeping options. It was a treat to be able to get to all the cute stores and restaurants within minutes of a short walk, especially Uptown Snug.

Ross and Hope were extremely responsive and were so easy to work with! The condo is gorgeous, very inviting, open and comfortable! Our beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to stay in a prepare your own meal! The location is fabulous! Great restaurants within walking distance, a lovely wine and cheese bar across the street, two coffee shops in the neighborhood as well a couple iconic restaurants!! The Hamburg Inn for milk shakes and Pagliai’s for pizza, and the top restaurant, The Webster, right downstairs on the street level. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our stay. The only thing we needed that was not there was an iron. There was an ironing board but no iron :( Otherwise the host was very responsive and polite. Would stay here again if the needed.

The condo was just as described. Cary clean and well cared for. It was the perfect location for our baseball tournament and walkable to the restaurants in town. Will definitely stay there again!

Kaleb’s place was very quiet and peaceful. The place was very clean and felt like home. The outside patio is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and relax in the evening with a glass of wine. Kaleb was very friendly and responsive to my questions. Great suggestions for restaurants near by. Loved the updates he’s made since my last stay. The new sidewalks, landscaping and fenced in yard were amazing. Definitely worth the price. I’ll be back!
