We had a great stay here for my graduation weekend! The place fit all 10 of us and we had access to the pool throughout the weekend! Everything looked just like the pictures, and we felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood. It is a bit farther from some of the DC and MD hotspots, but it worked for us. No complaints, we would stay again!

Incredible! The WoW factor when we walked to the pool was overwhelming. So much so, that we chose to stay there our first full day to soak in the atmosphere. It's a must see experience, no down side. It was like being at a private resort with a heated, well maintained pool and manicured grounds, very tastefully staged. So envious. Next time, we will bring bicycles to ride to town, it's only a few miles away. DC traffic is not to be trifled with; its Nascar. Our only bad part was Gladys wasn't around to say goodbye, we truly missed out there. We loved every second we spent with her. This is by far the high bar of airbnb's for us, and we've been to some stunning places, but this is our favorite. It was the best part of our trip!

This was a very nice place to stay for our family trip to DC. The Metro was a very easy walk and Jagan gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants as well. He was also great at answering our questions.

Fantastic place in every respect! The house is lovely, pristine, perfectly configured, and outfitted with every amenity. The tiered garden out back is beautiful and charming. The location was A+++ (quintessential Georgetown setting with delightful walking everywhere). We enjoyed everything about the house and our time there. Thank you, Charlotte!

Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

10 of us enjoyed ourselves together and yet each party had their private spaces for quiet time. Excellent and pretty well equipped kitchen and the bathrooms were every one perfectly appointed. 2 stall garage and room for three cars outside. The Hosts were outstanding!

Shirley's place is a fantastic little find. Pristine, spacious, welcoming. Great host. Only stayed one night so couldn't explore locally but saw several nice places to eat and ship at on my drive in. An approx 20 min drive from major DC attractions. Great neighborhood!

I had a wonderful stay at this house! The host was exceptionally welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth and comfortable experience. Would definitely stay again!

This was a short-notice trip, so our options were limited. We were fortunate that Diana & Vivek's place was available. It was more expensive than we're used to, but it was well worth it! There was great communication before and during our stay. The house was spotlessly clean. What really made it stand out was all kitchen stuff: spices, tools, snacks, drinks. I ended up needing to bake cupcakes & everything I needed was there except the mix, eggs, and frosting! The neighborhood was quiet - just what we needed. The backyard was big & beautiful, too. We'll happily stay there again if it's available when we travel to the D.C. in the future.

Amazing stay! Communication was great! There was never a question unanswered. Anything we needed the host was there to assure that we had it! We had a great time! The location was perfect, central to everything we needed.

Good location to stay for Washington DC trip.

We would definitely stay here next time we visit! I stayed several nights with my two dogs and we had a great time. They’re both about 50lbs so the space was a little small for all 3 of us, but having use of the fenced yard was soooo great and Laura was super accommodating with my reactive dog. It was easy to communicate with her on the app which I appreciated. The location is close to the highway/beltway and convenient to get to Alexandria and DC, and close to Mosaic District which has restaurants and a great farmers market. You can hear some upstairs noises/barking in the evening, but no different from being in an apartment so it didn’t bother us at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Shafia’s place! We enjoyed the area and rode the Metro from the Franconia Springfield station into DC. This was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for us. (Girls’ Trip!) We visited AmThai close by, Mount Vernon, Mount Vernon Inn Restaurant, The Library of Congress (tickets in advance), Zaytinya (reservations), the National Portrait Gallery, Virtue Feed & Grain (reservations), Old Town Alexandria, Old Town Books, the Swiss Bakery nearby, Barca (reservations), and Tous Les Jours Bakery & Cafe. We loved Heather and Axle’s Cozy House in Alexandria, Virginia. The name fits the house! It has a loving welcome feeling to it. You feel like it’s a home away from home!Heather and Axle were quick to respond to our questions. We went into Washington DC to visit a few museums that were on our bucket list. Heather and Axle recommended a list of restaurants. They did not steer us wrong. The food was amazing! We loved our stay so much we stayed an extra day! Highly recommend this wonderful home!

This home was not for parties, but Wafa made an exception for my little girls birthday party and she had thee BEST weekend with her friends. Wafa was very responsive with whatever questions I had. The home was beautiful and the location is right by Kingstowne where you can get anything you need! I didn’t have to bring anything really because her place had everything as well. I felt like we were right at home!

The place was great! Very clean and comfy for a great price! Chet was a very effective communicator and made sure that I had everything I needed! Would gladly stay here again.

My husband, son, dog, and I needed a place to stay in Alexandria after we returned from an overseas tour. We stayed at Kayla's home for 9 days while we waited for our home to be ready to move in. The location was great, quick drive to Old Town and we could walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and a playground/park. The home was clean and tidy when we checked in and had extra linens. Kayla was even kind enough to doordash over some dishwasher pods that they were out of along with some treats for our dog! Great spot to stay that quiet but still close to Old Town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Viktar's place. It was a perfect location to get to DC and other things to do. The home was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Viktar was a great host and responded quickly when I needed something. I would recommend his place to anyone looking to visit the area!

I really enjoyed my stay! He’s super friendly and responded quick anytime I needed help finding something in the home. The house is so beautifully decorated very high tech as well which made me love it even more. You can dim the lights, there’s a control to put the curtains down, controls to move the tvs down as well, overall very modern, cute and was everything he described. 5 stars! I had absolutely no issues with this say whatsoever and I’ll definitely be booking again. I totally recommend for anyone who’s unsure, just book it it’s so worth it.

Becca was a wonderful host and checked in to make sure all was going well and was very responsive with answering questions. The home was 5 bedrooms and three and a 1/2 baths with one of the bedrooms with a sofa bed. There was a family room on the upper level and one on the lower level with a lovely four seasons room. The deck was fantastic for family dinners outside with beautiful trees surrounding it. The home was not brand new, but was clean and well stocked with needed items (laundry and dish pods, coffee, linens, etc). I had never planned a visit to DC, but this was relatively close to the Metro (we used Franconia Springfield stop) and was comfortable for our group of 11. Highly recommend this host and home!
