As we live on the first floor, we are available for any questions, recommendations or issues. Please feel free to knock or message. We encourage visitors to walk to get around or during down time. The encompassing Landmark District is an outdoor museum of the unique architecture and craftsmanship of the late 1800s. One of the only homes to survive the Chicago Fire is on our block Multiple convenient and scenic options. Lake Shore Trail and Lincoln Park provide open and scenic walking routes when traveling north or south. Chicago's bike share (Divvy) operates a station <0.1 miles away. The Armitage L stop and Sedgwick L stop are both ~0.7 miles away. Proximity to Lake Shore Drive provides critical flexibility when trying to make flights during busy traffic times (i.e., all the time). Hopefully, you will meet Elly, our 15 lb. Westie. When excited she will bark (such a terrier). She only knows love and affection and is 100% great with all kids and adults.

We stayed with my parents and my young family. It was perfect! Plenty of space! Beautiful kitchen and primary bath suite! We stayed in Lincoln Park to be close to a friend who lives in the neighborhood and so I already knew it was a nice area, but this was perfect. We were provided parking passes as we had an extra car, but we walked/used the L for anything, even with my mom who doesn’t walk long distances normally did just fine with the quick walk to the train.

Emily’s place is peaceful and homey, yet right in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. Wicker Park was a nice walk from her home as well. TONS of restaurants and shopping literally a couple of blocks from her house. The train stop is a 5 minute walk away and downtown is less than a 15 minute uber ride. Emily is a very considerate and communicative host and I would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with me!

Loved my time in Chicago and at Lina's beautiful home! The place was spotless, welcoming and so comfortable. I had everything that I needed from essentials in the bathroom to spacious living room, full kitchen and comfortable and spacious bedroom. There's even a balcony to sit and enjoy some tea or wine. Loved the location to the CTA and bus stop as I mostly used public transportation. Also walking distance to many fabulous restaurants. Wicker Park close by that had a beautiful farmer's market on Sunday Morning. Thank you Lina for all wonderful stay! 😊

very kind and responsive host. very clear instructions. apartment is large, sunny, spacious and has the coolest retro vibe with super cool decorations. Good AC and very close to public transportation in case you want to explore the rest of the city or get downtown.
