Fully furnished with A Minisplit Heat Pump/ AC, and Propane "wood stove" well water, and high speed WiFi. Within 30 minutes of Lincoln and 1 hr of Bangor. Both towns have shopping, restaurants,etc.

Peggy and Wayne were gracious hosts- very friendly, communicative, and helpful. The space was immaculately clean, the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. They have thought of EVERYTHING you could possibly want/need in the space. Everything was so organized and neatly labeled. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place! We had fun exploring the area's parks on bike, canoe, and hikes, all of which can be found in the helpful guide book Peggy put together. Thank you so much for having us!

We loved Rob’s place! So quiet and peaceful. It was exactly what we needed and wanted for place to come back to after hiking in Baxter State Park. Hot shower and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen. Large bathroom. Plenty of room to spread out all your hiking gear. Magazines, tour books and rental instructions laying right on the table as you come in. Beautiful view off the back porch. AND THE GYM!! Wow- what a great bonus! If we had to come up with a negative- the sleeping space could be a bit more comfortable. It is a full size bunk bed that is pushed against the wall. Not the easiest for 2 adults to share. However, it was clean and we were exhausted! Thank you Rob for sharing your place with us. What a gem it was!!

If you want an escape away from anywhere this is the place, tons of wildlife, super cool of Jen to allow us to use the kayaks the pond is gorgeous it’s a must to go out on the pond durring your stay also breakfast at peace love and waffles is 10/10 must kind of pricey but absolutely worth it the neighbors are super cool to I had a chat with one for a while and they seemed pretty nice and even gave me ideas on what to do and some local lore definitely would stay again
