Our Little Beach House is a 1,546 sq. ft. beautiful new home built in June 2019 in Gleneden Beach (nestled between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay). Beach Access 3 minute walk at the end of our street. Dig your toes in the sand and enjoy the quiet, peaceful beach or walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, Spa, or Golf. This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

Oceanfront Condo - Second Floor - Pet Friendly!

'Til Depth Do Us Part' is what we call this romanic oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king-size bed and a sleeper sofa, a beautiful full kitchen. This unit is also pet friendly - There will be an additional pet fee of $50 + tax per animal, limit of 2 per unit. Don't forget about our indoor heated pool and hot tub, as well as the game room on site! Heads up! Construction begins August 2025 at Surftides Plaza. Expect daytime noise and on-site disruptions.

Rustic mother-in-law cottage connected by a breezeway to the main house. This quaint cottage is a studio with a queen size bed, kitchenette with microwave, hotplate, coffee pot, and mini refrigerator. Cable TV and internet, located on 6 acres just 1 mile from the historic Taft district which boasts several restaurants, shopping, the Jennifer Sears Glass Studio where you can watch and make your own glass floats, and of course the beach! And by the way...we are dog friendly!!!

Nightly rate includes the 12% Lincoln County lodging tax. Airbnb collects the 2% state lodging tax
