Apartment holiday rentals in Lincoln City

We spent a full week at this condo with our kids and it was wonderful! Everything was very clean and exactly what we expected. We would absolutely come back next time we are in Lincoln City.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Loved being so close to the beach and it was incredibly comfortable. Pros - blackout curtains, comfy bed, beach access, easy key code door cons - I wish the back/beach access door had a key code lock as well

I had an amazing time with my family. The kite festival was right outside of our balcony. You could hear the ocean all night and it was a very peaceful trip. The room was very clean and all the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely be back. Perfect location, especially during the kite festival.

Incredible view from the bedroom and living room windows! l loved walking right outside the back door and sitting out looking out at the ocean. Tip-If you go up the hill from the rental, you get to the scenic viewpoint bluffs and can go walk along the public pathway by the rocks overlooking the ocean for about half a mile. It's gorgeous to watch the waves crashing against the rocks at sunset.

Such a beautiful view! We loved sitting in the balcony & enjoying the beach view. The place was well furnished, had everything we needed & was clean!

This place was super cozy and had an amazing view! We received communication about how to check in, etc. plenty of time before our check-in date. The pool was very clean. There are some food options within walking distance and the beach was easy to get to. Would stay here again!

Keith was quick and responsive to our last minute booking. Carole’s Beaxh loft was in the heart of it all and the perfect Newport stay. Spacious, clean, and easy to find. I would highly recommend.

Nice little 1 bed condo. Located on the 1st floor so you don't have to climb up any stairs. Lovely little balcony where you can sit and enjoy the little stream that runs along the complex. Walking distance to the Cafe at Hawk Creek with wonderful food. There is also a little store nearby or other necessities. It was nice and quiet and very peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay☺️. We loved the house, view, and beach. We would love to stay longer next time. Thank you so much.

Everything you need and then some. Love the split level—especially when traveling with two families. It’s nice to be together, but also have your own space. Also, so thoughtful to have items for the pups. This is walking distance of where our family crabs so it was the perfect location too!

From the look down the walkway. The view the calm of water and beach. We had the best time. From walk on the beach, making sandcastles to watching the sunset from the hot tub. Everything was great. Coffee shop was awesome breakfast, pasteries and excellent coffee. We cozied up on the couch watching the rain come down while watching movies in front of the fireplace. Grandkids loved the beach, games and hot tub. Beds were comfy and had all the comforts of home. We will for sure coming back. Martin, Julie, Alana & Marty

It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.

I felt like the condo was bigger than I expected which was nice because we slept on the pull out couch while my child slept in the bedroom. It was charming and so close to the beach. Plenty of amenities that I’d expect in an air bnb plus extras for the beach which is nice. Great value for the price.

We had high expectations and they were met! The condo was clean, well furnished and had an incredible view. A wonderful walking path surrounds the grounds which we enjoyed. We even had a whale sighting from the balcony. We received immediate responses to the view questions we had. We would definitely visit again and would recommend others to do the same.

We added 2 extra days to our stay!! The view is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We liked the low fully enclosed balcony and how it was higher off the ground for a ground floor unit. Possibly 2 feet high. Would work nice for those with young children for safety. We kept the windows open to allow airflow with no AC and felt safe due to the patio being enclosed as well. Some of the other ground floor units are walk out patios and I would not have liked that. Jeannine gifted a bottle of wine and left some great suggestions that we appreciated. The condo has everything you need with many extras in the pantry and front closet. I was pleasantly surprised. It took a few days to spot a whale, but the included binoculars and telescope in the condo was very helpful when we finally did. Pro tip, watch for all the tour boats to gather in one area, it means something has been spotted. Great tide pooling at Fogarty beach(2 miles up the road)during low tide even without a negative low tide

We stayed here for our "mini" honeymoon before the one we will take later, and we had an absolutely wonderful few days! The room was as described, and clean with a gorgeous view of the beach and the water. We sat out on our private balcony, walked on the beach, roasted s'mores over a campfire, browsed shops ... and even went to Left Side Coffee to pick up the same kind of coffee Joe left in our room. It was delicious! The weather was perfect, the room was really nice, and we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Bring DVDs ... they have a player.

Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). Great unit and just as described. Check in instructions are clear, as are expectations of renters. I’d definitely book again.

Great place to stay in Depoe Bay with breathtaking view of the Pacific from the living room. Very well equipped with everything needed - and much more. We loved the place. Thank you so much for having us.
