The house is at the first floor of a flat and it consists of two levels: an open space living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom; a loft with a double bed and a double sofa bed, suitable for children. Great position to visit the best lake' spots, to chill and enjoy a good glass of wine!

Wonderful Beach House situated on the border with Bellagio, at less than 3 km from the center. The house is very spacious also for 6 people and it is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed, a large kitchen and a very big bathroom. You will also have a huge private Terrace where you can eat or relax looking at the 180° Lake view. This is the perfect place to enjoy nature and the peace of lake. There is a direct access to the beach under the house. You will never want to leave this place.

This penthouse has a fantastic view as the windows overlook the lake, right in front of Villa Pliniana. The apartment is part of an old, renovated late 19th century villa. Ideal for relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves of the lake, which lap the house.
