Holiday rentals with a balcony in Liguria

Superbe séjour à Levanto ! L’appartement est très bien situé : au centre-ville et proche des restaurants, pâtisseries, etc etc mais aussi de la gare et de la plage ! Levanto est une très jolie ville avec un bord de plage très agréable. De plus, la proximité des cinqueterre et la facilité d’accès par train ont été très pratiques ! Enfin, l’accueil et la disponibilité de l’hôte ont été parfaites !

Well equipped and placed apartment at the seaside, with a great welcome and always available host. Everything we needed was provided all the normal stuff plus poolside towels and detergents for the dishwasher and washing machine. The wi-fi was great, though we did not use the TV so could not comment on that. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge and freezer were a good size. The only observation was that storage space was a little limited. Though small, the pool was lovely and due to the few guests using it we were usually swimming on our own. There was a good hot tub (not our thing so no comment) and plenty of loud music to play at the tub/pool. Stefano kindly arranged a scooter to hire which was great for being able to go/park wherever we liked during the peak holiday week we were there. We were lucky with the guests in the other two apartments, but we knew this could have worked out differently and so counted our blessings. Different music tastes can create a little tension at the poolside, but all it needs is a little communication. Stefano was also great at asking other occupants to contain late night noise when things got a little excited, which was appreciated. All in, this was a lovely place to spend a week in the sun and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view of Levanto. Minutes from the railway station, which was ideal for us as we were visiting Cinque Terre and Génova. Accommodated 5 of us comfortably.

Super facile de rencontrer l'équipe pour prendre possession de l'appartement. Super propre, bien localisé à proximité de la gare pour ceux qui veulent utiliser le train pour se déplacer à Cinque Terre (5 minutes à pieds). Stationnement dans le bas du bâtiment disponible. Services et restaurants à proximité, Levanto se marche bien à partir de l'appartement et est très agréable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à quatre, avec nos deux enfants, dans ce logement impeccable. L’appartement est très bien situé, la literie confortable, et la salle de bain d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’immersion dans l’ambiance authentique d’un village italien, une vraie parenthèse dépaysante. Un grand merci à Mauro et à son épouse pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs indications très claires, qui nous ont grandement facilité le séjour.

Nous avons logé dans ce joli appartement Nous avons pu apprécier son emplacement à proximité de la gare de levanto mais aussi de la plage Tout était comme au niveau de la description ! Mauro est disponible et réactif ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur place !

Mauro a été très accueillant et serviable. Le logement est bien équipé et spacieux. a proximité du centre de levanto et de la gare menant aux villages des Cinque Terre. Nous recommandons ce logement et cet hôte !

Ottimo appartamento appena ristrutturato. Vicino sia al centro di Sestri che a Riva Trigoso (entrambi 15-18 minuti a piedi attraverso zone facilmente accessibili). Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario.

Eravamo un gruppo di 9 persone e abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per tre giorni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa era fornita di tutto il necessario e comoda per un gruppo numeroso. Posizione strategica e comoda per muoversi anche a piedi verso le spiagge. Vista e terrazze impagabili! tavolo da ping pong utilissimo

Wunderbar gelegendes Haus mit super Aussicht. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage mit Pool. Wunderschön gepflegter Garten um das Haus. Sehr sympthischer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Dolcedo ist sehr schön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, fühlten uns immer willkommen und hatten einen stressfreien und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Das Angebot hat der Ausschreibung entsprochen - gemäss Bilder und Beschreibung. Zudem konnten wir auch das WiFi benutzen. Wir konnten uns frei bewegen und hatten stets die Unterstützung von Chiara und Franco, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

la casetta di emma est un endroit génial! en haut de la vallée domonant San Bartolemeo avec vue sur la mer, très calme, très propre, avec tout le nécessaire a disposition a votre arrivée! Le propriétaire, mr Alessandro, est très disponible, agréable, et a votre service quand vous en avez besoin. on vous recommande chaudement cet endroit!

We had an amazing stay here - it was beautiful, cosy and comfortable with the most amazing views. Note there is no wifi but I used my phone to hotspot from and it wasn’t a problem at all. We loved it, planning to come back.

Permanenza di 4 notti in questo appartamento molto comodo se si è in 2/4 persone e si necessita di stanze separate. È in posizione ottimale sia per il parcheggio di un'eventuale auto, sia per il raggiungimento a piedi dei luoghi da visitare. La vista panoramica di Albenga è stupenda. Nadia è molto gentile, professionale ed efficiente con gli ospiti . Esperienza decisamente positiva.

Wir als 4-köpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Kinder und den Grosseltern waren für eine Woche in der Villa Orizzonte - das Haus war perfekt für uns. Wir hatten genug Platz und Raum. Das Haus war sauber und alles was wir benötigten, war vor Ort vorhanden. Der Ausblick war wunderschön! Die Gastgeberin Alessandra war sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns viele Tipps. Wir hatten einen Notfall mit unserem kleinen Sohn und Sie half uns sehr und begleitete uns sogar ins Spital - liebe Alessandra wir danken dir für deine Hilfe sowie Freundlichkeit!
